Aspen Pointe Townhomes are conveniently located just off of Ski Hill road, at the corner of the Four Peaks Fitness Center, and Cemetery Road. The townhomes are bordered by Teton Creek, and are surrounded by towering cottonwoods, with a private road accessed from both the Ski Hill Road, and the Cemetery Road. The townhome is located on the southwest end unit, and was the model home for Aspen Pointe, with features such as a spiral staircase winding up to the second and third floors. (Who can forget MAME as they walk down these stairs!)
The bathrooms are all finished with travertine, kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. The three sided gas fireplace divides the kitchen countertop area from the living room, which has windows that provide beautiful sunset views over the Big Hole Mountains. A balcony off the second floor is also a nice place for summer sunsets, or the 4th of July fireworks show viewings! The three bedrooms are all carpeted, all have access to their own full bathrooms, there are two separate bedrooms on the second level, and a large master suite on the third level, complete with private bath/jetted bathtub, glass shower.
Pet friendly, this is a very nice place to locate to either Grand Targhee Ski Area, or skiing up on Teton Pass outside of Victor, Idaho is only 18 miles away!

Year Purchased: 2005
I have lived in Teton Valley for over thirty years, and decided with my children growing up that it was time to think of downsizing, and so I decided to buy something that would still be enough room for the kids to come home to visit! I knew that I wanted something that was close to Driggs, but not too close that I didn't feel like I was in the country! I have excellent sunset views from my patio, and have found that living here is like being on vacation!
Why the Owner Chose Driggs
I can't imagine a more beautiful valley to live in than Teton Valley, and this is close enough to the ski hill road that if it snows too much, we can still get out and get to the ski hill! My daughter, Lucy, is a senior in Teton Valley this year, and she loves being close to her friends and school!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
I have very much enjoyed cozying up to the fire, and enjoying a winter's evening watching some old movie, or the latest on PBS! (Addicted to Dr. Who, now, he provides much late Saturday night entertainment!) The Ski Hill road is always the first thing plowed in Teton Valley, they want the skiers to get up to the Resort, and being a quarter of a mile off of this road means I am never snowed in! The cottonwoods grow taller than the third floor windows, and the winter views are awesome!
