This two bedroom, two bath 2nd floor unit which is located in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation is a short seven minute walk from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The villa features identical master suites, each with two queen size beds.
This villa has been remodeled and features new carpet, tile, countertops, washer/dryer, microwave, furniture, new paint, and ceiling fans. The villa features on open floor plan with a balcony that overlooks a quiet lagoon. The villa has a television in each bedroom with a flat screen television in the living area. The unit does offer internet service as well.
Fazio Golf Course is located across the street. Arthur Hills and the Trent Jones Golf Courses are just a few minutes away. We are in walking distance of the general store, bike rental, and tennis courts. We offer one hour of free tennis each day to our guests at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
At the ocean you can enjoy the new Dunes House. It offers a full bar and a snack bar menu for all guests. You can enjoy your lunch while sitting at the ocean.
