This beautiful condo offers the advantage of being uniquely positioned on the top floor of Baker Towers with breathtaking front views of the boundless Ocean and Beach below and the nicest private terrace views of both the Ocean and the Intracoastal waterway of the entire complex. This spectacular Condo is situated just steps away from the brand new $50 million two and half mile Hollywood Beach Boardwalk with the Ocean as a beautiful backdrop.
As you enter the bright sunny kitchen you see the large white porcelain tiles as well as the soft white stucco style walls. There is a brand new side by side stainless steel refrigerator w/freezer below and a new stainless steel large capacity Bosch dishwasher. It has a large well equipped kitchen with maple style cabinets that has a spectacular direct view of the Ocean/Beach. As you move into the large contemporary open dining and living room areas you see a large glass top dining room table with chairs and another window to view and feel the Ocean breeze. The floors are maple style throughout the dining and living room areas as well as a new central air system. The living room has a modern style off white couch with full mirrors behind to reflect the oceans beauty and a Mies Van Der Rohe reclining leather lounger and chair. With an open style stereo cabinet housing cable TV, a DVD player and stereo equipment on it.
Looking out from the Living Room you see a floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading out onto your private large Ocean view terrace (facing south) that has spectacular views of the Intracoastal waterway that looks more like a large recreational lake w/ trees surrounding it. At night with the sounds of the ocean waves breaking you look out to see the clear night sky with the sparkle of the city below,,,,very relaxing.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a brand new King size bed as well modern furniture on the soft carpeted floor as well as two large windows that look out onto the terrace and ocean. It features two walk-in closets in the Master bedroom as well as a second private walkout terrace to view the ocean/intra-coastal as well. The Master bathroom has a contemporary look w/ marble sink, mirror, tiles floors, toilet and a walk-in shower w/ glass blocks lined w/ marble. I usually have both the large windows and terrace door open at night to listen to the oceans waves as it slowly lulls you to a restful nights sleep.
The second Bedroom Suite on the other side of the condo has a Queen size bed on carpet w/ louvered closets doors as well as a sitting couch. Directly off the second bedroom and living room is the other contemporary style bathroom w/ marble sink, mirror, tile floors, and a jetted tub w/ shower. Both of the bedroom Suites also have over head ceiling fans with lights on dimmers as well as floor lamp.
This top floor condo has a nice spacious, light and airy feeling to it. It is a real pleasure to be there, spending time relaxing by the ocean has always felt like a true Home Away From Home !!!!!
The central location is a big reason I bought this beautiful condo it offers so much variety of activities to explore. Whether you are looking for great restaurants on the beach or the beautiful intra-coastal waterway or the endless water/beach activities. The ocean front bars and small shops on the two and half mile stretch of beach and boardwalk are there to explore. There is usually weekend activities on the boardwalk/beach such as free concerts, arts and craft fairs, or go have a cool refreshing smoothie on the boardwalk at Josh's organic market every Sunday is just a short walk away. The Adventura Mall is also minutes away, as well as the Hollywood Casino, Gulfstream racetrack, South Beach, and the Fort Lauderdale airport is a short 10 minutes away.

I live and grew up in landlocked/ocean-less Ky. Since I first came to Southern Florida as a child I have always dreamed of having a place on the ocean to feel and experience all that it had to offer. I love the beach/ocean lifestyle and all the great food. Originally when I bought this beautiful condo I intended to spend more time but my business has kept me from getting away to this Home Away from Home retreat. So I am offering this lovely place for you to relax and enjoy!!!!
