This fully furnished Condo/Townhouse is an end unit with a private entrance & attached single car garage. The Unit has two bedrooms & two bathrooms (large master w/king bed, sit-down shower & walk-in closet). Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Main living area has a bright & cheery fully equipped kitchen with separate eating area overlooking the large great room connected to the Lanai. Lanai has table & chairs & is perfect for a quiet sunny breakfast.
Unit also has a separate den area with pull-out twin sofa bed & TV.
Three cable TV's, telephone, separate laundry room with washer & dryer.
Hiking & bike paths are within the complex-bike to the beach!!!
