Arrived early with family of 7 and dropped off luggage in garage, we met the previous renters and she showed us a picure of a Manatee she took right at the boat dock. The house was perfect with its open concept we were able to be together no matter what we were doing. The bedrooms are very roomy and lots of bathrooms for everybody. The kids loved the pool and it was hard to pull them out to do anything else. We enjoyed early morning rides with the bikes provided. Randy the caretaker was very helpful and even offered to take the boys fishing, but with the boat provided we were just to busy exploring on our own. We went shelling on the Gulf and docked at Fort meyers beach and enjoyed a great lunch and souvenir shopping. Also saw a dozen or more Dolphins from the boat. Grandma got away for a day of golf at the Fort Meyers Golf and Country Club. The course is not that challenging or picturesque but the staff was excellant the play was fast and the restaurant on site was great. A week is not enough time to see and do all the area has to offer and I would go back again especially to this property.

We just spent a week at this property and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! The photos accurately depicted the property and the manager Randy was wonderful, checking in with us several times throughout our stay. Great access to the ocean and close to grocery and restaurants on land as well. Great for small or larger groups...plenty of room for everyone. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property or stay there again ourselves!!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had such a great time. The house was clean and was just like it looked in the pictures. We had plenty of space for our family. We watched the Heat games on the big screen tv. The luxury of having the boat put our vacation over the top. We saw dolphin and manatee in the river. We had a great time exploring and shelling on Sanibel Island. It was such a great Florida vacation. We hope to return often. Thank you.

We had an absolutely fantastic time and the villa and boat were even better than we remembered. Randy and Dee went above and beyond for us, once again and helped to give us a memorable anniversary . My brother in law and his family also enjoyed there stay very much. I’m sure that we’ll be visiting the Cape again and will contact you when we’re in a position to make plans.

What can I say but WOW! One of the best travel experiences my family and I have ever had! This was our first experience renting a home off of VRBO, and our first time in South West Florida, and our expectations were blown out of the water! We were 6 adults and 1 child who is 1 years old. The house was perfect. Not a detail was missed. The home is so well equipped it has everything you need right down to the littlest of details (especially for families with children). The home is spotless and the pictures on VRBO do not do it justice, a real treat when you walk in the door the first time. A hidden gem about the home is the property manager Randy. Randy's exceptional customer service far exceeded our expectations. He made sure we felt right at home and that every question we had was answered. His wealth of knowledge of the area is such an asset. Having Randy look after you during your stay is worth the rental fee alone. I would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone considering renting a vacation home. Whether you are a family with children young or old, just adults, or a couple looking for a romantic get-away you won't be disappointed!!!!!! So go get out there and have an amazing time in the Cape Coral area while staying at this little charm!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.This is a great house in a good position for boating. The beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers are easy to get to and there are often dolphins to look at on the way. The house and boat were well maintained and Randy was very helpful. We would certainly recommend this house.

Just a note to say what a beautiful time we had at your house. everything was wonderful. Randy truly is a great find and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. The location was fabulous and having the boat was a great option. Randy ended up taking Todd and I out fishing twice which was great. I felt bad that we could not attend the many functions he had going on (Cinco de Mayo, Yacht club last night of season and so on). FYI I would like to return some day again.

We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. The only problem is we left to early. It has been in the low 20's and 30's every morning since we got back. The house is really convenient to the river and after we got to know our way around Cape Coral was also convenient to shopping etc. The house is well equipped and roomy, it is clean an recently redone. the photos are very accurate The boat is Nice and we enjoyed our time on the water. The couple who take care of the house made us feel welcome and at home. They were a valuable asset to our stay at the house. We were very satisfied renters. We would recommend this house to a friend.

We enjoyed the house, boat, and the pool. The house was very adequately equiped with everything we needed. The managers were great and went above and beyond. There were flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and in the living room, which was great with our grandchildren. The grill worked great. We would highly recommend this home for a family.

Just wanted to say what a beautiful villa we stayed in. It had everything we needed and much more. The location for boating is excellent, as we were out on the river in a few minutes. This is by far the best boat we have ever rented in this part of the state. It was very well equipped, including a GPS, which really made our trips easier.. Everything was in excellent condition and we hope it remains so. Fished from the dock and spent lazy times round the pool BBQing. Enjoyed the restaurant at Tarpon Point Marker 92. Explored many beaches and restaurants by boat, which is all very easy to do. We can't thank Randy and Dee enough, they took great care of us. We have stayed in many properties over the years in this area but this ticked all the boxes. Well done Kevin and Kristin. Will happily recommend to Family and friends. We will be back!

Just wanted to tell you that we have had a wonderful time here.The house and everything with it is exceptional.We did not get out in the boat as much as we wanted to due to the wind.We did get a nice ride yesterday to the Orange river and saw a lot of matinees.Today we took the boat over to sanibel island and had a great time.
