Here we go again! We have just finished renovating yet another wonderful property. This one is another one bedroom apartment, this time on the 10th floor of a classic midtown Atlanta high rise.
For the last eleven years, we have been privileged to be the owners of a similar company in Paris, France (Our Home in Paris), where we have many wonderful properties that are renovated and designed for the sophisticated business or vacationing client.
This apartment will be modeled after our Parisian ventures, with wonderful oak wood floors, mahogany mirrored interior doors, Thai silk curtains, totally renovated high-end kitchen with dark, rich mahogany cabinetry and black and warm brown granite counter tops; the bathroom is finished with gorgeous beige and brown porcelains, and black and brown granite counters as well with two porcelain sinks. The bedroom has a huge Venetian carved headboard flanked by mirrored coffee tables and Italian lamps.
This large one bedroom apartment has a particularly pleasing floor plan, with separate dining room, 7 windows allowing lots of light, and two balconies with extraordinary views of the city. The designer, Rick Flinn, is an expert in historic preservation, and he is well known for his work as the former Director Of Restoration of the Atlanta Fox Theatre.
This apartment can easily accommodate as many as 5 guests:
2 in the bedroom
2 in the living room on a very comfortable new sofa bed that opens into a queen, and
1 child can enjoy the single sofa bed "lit de repos" in the dining room.

We offer a fusion of a comfortable residence, with all of the amenities of a five star hotel, including top notch housekeeping, plush linens, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and ADSL/ Wi-Fi/ fax/ copier/ scanner/ answering machine, and large flat screen TVs in both living room and bedroom, with full cable service including CNN/BBC amd DVD players.
There are two balconies - one faces midtown, with breathtaking views of the night-time twinkling of sky scrapers. The other takes you over the roof and treetops of the Buckhead skyline, filled with new towers dotting the horizon. And, Piedmont Park is only a half a block away, and the sunrise is magical.
The building is very well maintained, with it's own newly renovated health club, and a very friendly and professional CONCIERGE service, dry cleaners pick up and delivery options, as well as reserved, covered parking.
We also INCLUDE FREE CHAUFFEUR pick up from airport for guests staying 7 nights or more, and he will take you directly to your apartment, carrying bags all the way!. For guests staying less than one week, we will still be happy to arrange for chauffeur pickup at a very reasonable corporate rate.
Also available: CELL PHONE RENTAL and FRIG STOCKING SERVICE (both would have additional charges).
Our apartment is spotless - and we use the "WHITE RIBBON" policy - that is, all linens, hypoallergenic blankets, and robes are wrapped in a white ribbon that tells our guests: this item has been freshly laundered.
Who is the perfect client for this apartment?
1 - Visiting professionals: lawyers, professors, physicians who need a comfortable, fully equipped apartment for a prolonged stay, and who will take advantage of this premium midtown location.
2 - Visitors and tourists who would appreciate an alternative to a hotel, with much more value, amenities and space.
3 - Guests who would want one, two, three or four apartments -- close to family or colleagues, yet who would also want the privacy of separate apartments. (see VRBO 119364, 126027 and 186411 for our other apartments in the same wonderful building).
Please note: this is an elegant, small apartment, best suited for the needs of 2-5 guests. It is not ideal for a group or party experience, maximum number of visiting guests per apartment, including those renting, would be 6 persons.

Its a great spot to take advantage of Atlanta's main tourist destinations, with easy access to MARTA -one and half blocks away - that can take you the Aquarium, Georgia Dome, World Congress Center, Coca Cola museum and the Mart in minutes. We are right across the street from the W hotel, which means there are always taxi's easily available as well, and for major conferences, there is often a shuttle bus from the hotel to the conference center.
