We rented 3 of the units in the Mayfair for a weekend stay with family. First the apartment building itself is grand and elegant. There are lovely public areas and grounds. Each unit we rented was beautiful . Very much a touch of Paris in Atlanta. 2010 is light filled and spacious. A foyer,hardwoods. lovely kitchen,dining area ,spacious living area with balcony. The bedroom is large with a walk in closet to store your personal items and "keep the clutter " away. The french antiques really add to the elegance. However of even greater importance is the cleanliness of the units. This gave the accommodations the luxury touch. Excellent toiletries, large bath towels,robes and complimentary coffee. everything so neatly organized and placed for the guest use.The owner and manager could not have nicer or more helpful We all wished we could stay longer!

Having rented an apartment from Our Home in Paris, the same owners of this Atlanta property - we knew to expect a lovely home rather than a rental property. As in Paris, our expectations were exceeded by the thoughtful decorating, provisioning, and obvious renovation of this property. Owner Jim and Property Manager Aude were extremely professional, prompt, and informative about every step of the rental. This apartment is warmly decorated and has every convenience imaginable. We rented a second apartment (The Park View) for visiting family for 2 nights of our stay - and it too was as carefully and comfortably arranged. For those who may be hesitant of a high rise experience for any reason, the soundproofing from neighbors above, below, and to the side is obvious - in almost 3 weeks we heard absolutely not a sound. The building itself is highly maintained with extremely friendly and courteous concierge staff 24/7, and the parking provided is safe and easy. The walled garden with grills to use was expecially nice, and the grills were spotless and new. You simply cannot find a better rental for short or long stays. Treat yourself to this property when visiting Atlanta.

Home Away From Home For A Month

Our needs dictated that we have a place in Atlanta for the entire month of July and were delighted to find this beautiful apartment. It was accurately depicted in the pictures and the kitchen was fabulous with more than ample dishes, appliances, etc. It was like we had our home, but none of the responsibilities. We can't say enough good things about the service we received during our stay. Audey was awesome and was so diligent in assisting in our every request....such attention to detail and customer service are such a rarity today and he went above and beyond in assuring our needs were met. Everything is so convenient to the apartment. We would highly recommend this to anyone going to Atlanta, whether for a day or two or a month. A real find in the middle of the City!! I know where we will be staying for any future trips to Atlanta!

Deluxe apartment in the heart of midtown

We just completed our 3rd stay and it has been consistently beautiful, clean and comfortable every time. The apartment and kitchen are very well equipped, linens are luxurious. It is a quiet and calm environment which is so appreciated when one is there on business. And yet, the location is great; The W hotel, with bars and restaurants, is across the street and many other good restaurants, including South City Kitchen are within walking distance. We love the convenience of being picked up at the airport by a charming driver with a pristine car. The OHIA staff is very attentive and we just love being able to send our grocery list and arrive to find a well stocked pantry when we arrive after our inevitably late flight from the west coast. We love "our home in Atlanta"!

Wonderful stay in mid-town!

I can't imagine why anyone would stay in a mid-town hotel when this property is available. The condo is well decorated and spotlessly clean with a fully stocked kitchen. There are wonderful restaurants in easy walking distance and a Marta station just three blocks away. We took advantage of the fridge stocking service for simple breakfast foods, snacks and beverages (adult and otherwise). The small charge seemed well worth while since we didn't have to search for stores - we just drove straight to the condo, parked in our assigned space (included in the rental fee) and we were ready to go!

We were so impressed with how nice/clean the unit was...the photos do not show all the lovely and beautiful pieces of art work. Close to many restaurants, walking distance to Marta, very safe area. We would definitely stay here again… there is no reason to stay in a hotel when you have a choice like this.

We love vacations and go once or twice a year, it is a must to have a nice place with good customer service. We never stay in a hotel, always condos, townhouse or apartments. We have been in many states and many condos, this is by far the most outstanding. From the first drive into the driveway to the garage, into the lobby, to the evelator up to our floor was a tour in itself. The details in the decor was amazing. I also do home improvements and I was just delighted with the details in the decorating technique. Every detail of the ad came to life when we entered our home. The high end kitchen, the cleaniness of the entire place, the extraordinary view of the city, the white ribbon policy that assured the cleaniness of the linen were as advertisted. Customer Service is a must with us and I tell you we were very pleased. The location was very convenient for us in getting around. We had a car but walk or took the MARTA most places. Yes, we would stay here again and we have recommented this to a friend who will be traveling to Georgia soon.

Well-appointed, central to everything

I loved this unit. Not only was is well appointed with plenty of linens, etc, it was very well decorated, furnished, and was close to everything. Easy to find, easy to park, get around, etc. Nice views from the balconies as well. Great place to stay, and I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Atlanta.

What is the difference between a good place and a great place to stay? Attention to detail. Every aspect of our stay at 1011 showed this consideration - the furnishings, linens, and comfort had been well thought out by the owners. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's rest. In short - everything was perfect for our family of three. Our Home in Atlanta goes above and beyond - a complimentary bottle of wine, high-end shampoo/conditioner and soap, and even laundry detergent. A true home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us to Atlanta.

Our stay in Atlanta this past Jan. was amazing, greatly in part to this wonderful condo! We were blown away when we entered the Condo. The attention to detail in the decorating was great and all the personal touches made us feel at home. It really was more than we expected! This condo is in a great and safe location, there's so much to do within walking distance. And although we didnt have any issues during our stay, we felt if we had the owner would have taken care of them immediatley, he was easy to contact and had a fabulous welcome packet prepared for our stay. No complaints at all! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

After staying in hotels twice per year for the Atlanta Gift Show, we decided to try this apartment. We could not have been more happy. The building is great, the furnishings and amenities are luxurious and the owner and staff were very responsive. This is a gorgeously decorated apartment with plentiful light and spectacular views of the city. Spotlessly clean and furnished with all amenities with no detail overlooked, this flat is a perfect place for a getaway or a longer stay. The owners are real hosts, not just propietors. We look forward to spending more time in this or another apartment managed by Jim and Rick.

Staying here was a delight. The information packet was clear, concise, and complete - every question anticipated and answered understandably. The location allowed easy access to any venue we cared to visit. The staff at the desk were helpful and courteous. The apartment was a perfect balance of soft, traditional, inviting furnishings, and elegant, modern, sparkling light. The view was exciting, overlooking busy midtown Atlanta, but also controlled, so we could close it off and enjoy the intimacy and comfort of the interior. I highly recommend this bit of cosmopolitan seclusion.

The first thing my husband said as we entered the unit was, "This is a great place!" and the last thing he said as we left the unit was, "We'll stay here everytime we come to Atlanta." If all owner-rented properties looked like this, hotels would go out of business! We, a family of five, truly enjoyed staying at this 5-star accomodation this past Thanksgiving weekend. We are now looking into Jim's Paris property for this summer. (Jim, could you please expand to other cities around the world?)

We had been looking forward to our "Midtown Weekend" for months and 1011 did not disappoint. The decor and furnishings left nothing to the imagaination - art directly from Venice and furnishings from France. The kitchen was perfectly appointed complete with a complimentary bottle of French wine. We hosted friends one evening after Jazz Night at The High Museum, and spent the rest of the weekend simply enjoying the neighborhod - long run in Piedmont Park, lunch in Virginia Highlands, and visits to Sweetwater Brewery and one of host Jim's favorites - the Pacci rooftop bar - in the afternoon. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway weekend or simply need a great location for a few days of corporate time in Atlanta, you can't beat The Mayfair and host Jim's gracious touches of hospitality. The stunning one-bedroom apartment would cost 10 times as much at the Four Seasons two blocks down the street. This one is not to be missed!
