Besides being a complete Ocean Front property next to Honl Beach, you can easily walk to shops, historical venues, art galleries, farmers market, restaurants and attend local luaus. You won’t find the need to drive whenever you want to go into the famous and picturesque historic Village of Kailua-Kona. All of this while being able to park your car in a FREE underground parking garage.

Leave the beach and head for the volcanoes by car, hiking trails or by helicopter where Kilauea volcano has been erupting for years at the south end of the Big Island. Drive the dramatic coastline and explore places like the Little Grass Shack in Kealakekua, Kealakekua Bay with its famous snorkeling and diving, The City of Refuge (Puuhonua o Honaunau National Historic Park), historic churches like The Painted Church, coffee plantations, macadamia nut farms, and many spectacular vista lookouts! Travel north along the Kohala Coast and try our new and popular “Zipline” attraction near the quaint Town of Hawi or go hiking, horseback riding or take an ATV adventure through some of the most beautiful and lush terrain with tropical rain forests and waterfalls. For something unique, take a trip to the top of the Mauna Kea summit and be treated to breathtaking views and a night of gazing the starry heavens of the South Pacific sky with trained astronomers!
