Located on the 10th fairway of the semi-private Red Mountain Ranch Golf Course in NE Mesa, this 2400 square foot home is out of the city traffic but conveniently close to desert hiking, Saguaro Lake, great restaurants, shopping, scenic drives and golf courses. Private backyard pool & access to private heated community pool nearby.
A short 3 minute drive and you're on the Loop 202 freeway to access any part of the Phoenix metro area whether you seek a Spring Training ballgame, ASU events, shopping, live theatre, museums, lively Scottsdale nightlife or the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport which is a 25 minute drive.
The home features 2 Master Bedroom suites, 1 upstairs (Queen bed), 1 on main level (King bed), a spacious loft with comfortable trundle beds (2 Twins). Two twin aero beds are also available. WIFI, cable, HDTV & 3 flat screen TV's included.
KITCHEN: Snazzy kitchen has red quartz counters, wood floors and everything you need for fantastic meals. An abundance of dinnerware and small appliances; wine and margarita glasses along with a collection of spices and staples.
A skylight brightens the kitchen breakfast table. Need something specific we haven't included? Just let us know before you arrive.
BEDROOMS: Very private upstairs 12 x 17 master bedroom features aviation decor. White shuttered windows face a quiet tree-lined street. Bright expansive adjoining bath has large tub, shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. Queen bed, extra comforters and pillows, flat screen TV, and a separate ultra-quiet heat/cooling unit insure your comfort.
Downstairs, double doors open to a 14 x 16 Master bedroom with expansive golf course views and direct access to pool. In season, you can pick grapefruit just outside the door. King size bed has additional cozy blankets and pillows shelved in the walk-in closet.
Private adjoining bath features large tub, shower and new marble counter tops with double sinks. Both baths are outfitted with bath gel, shampoo, hair dryers and an abundance of towels.
LOFT: This open 14 x 14 area features a round window that overlooks the golf course and frames Red Mountain. Comfy, twin trundle beds are suitable for children or adults. A pair of twin aero beds provide 2 additional sleeping spaces.
LIVING AREAS - Twenty foot vaulted ceilings soar over the living room, dining room and TV room.
TV ROOM invites you in with a flat screen, cable, HDTV and a double recliner to kick back and watch your favorite ball game or select a movie from our stash. Our up-to-date library will satisfy the most avid reader. A fireplacae and golf course views add additional atmosphere.
LIVING ROOM is furnished with comfortable matching sofa and over sized chair along with a pair of swivel chairs, tables and lamps. This room adjoins the dining area with a dark wood table that seats 8 comfortably.
Just off the living area is the patio with bubbling fountain, barbecue, plants and ample seating for alfresco dining and conversation. The swimming pool area overlooks the 10th fairway with quail, coyotes and an occassional javelina passing by.
Efficient laundry hides behind folding doors off the kitchen. Large entry and half bath complete the main level. Two car garage keeps your car off the street.
Walking is safe and enjoyable in our friendly neighborhood. Scenic drives, restaurants and shopping are nearby. This is a non smoking unit.

Just a delightful, comfortable place to stay! It was convenient, comfortable, spacious. The property was filled with many helpful things, even legos for the kids to play with. It was clean and well maintained. The owners were delightful to work with. My daughter loved the loft, and my sons loved their own 2nd level master suite. My husband and I loved the spacious master suite on the 1st level. Safe and beautiful neighborhood. Awesome to sit out on the patio or poolside and hear the birds in the morning as you watch the sun rise over the mountains. LOVED this place!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This home is a bargain! It is spacious, well decorated & very welcoming. The kitches has everything you could possibly need. Views from the pool of the golf course & Red Mtns in the distance are lovely. The owners treat you as if you were friends coming for a visit, very nice people. Highly recommended!
