Amenities include two outdoor heated pools, tennis courts on private grounds. Swim, tube or kayak in the Pemigewasset River, or in the “Lady’s Bathtub” swimming hole located right on the property.
Located on the Kancamagus Highway, on the Pemigewasset River. Less than a mile from Loon Mountain. Less than one hour to Cannon, Waterville Valley, Attitash or Bretton Woods. Free shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain.
Hiking and biking trails start outside the condo grounds and lead all the way into Franconia Notch. Breathtaking, scenic fall foliage throughout the White Mountains.

Why the Owner Chose Lincoln
This has been our "second home" for over nine years. Our children's football, basketball and baseball schedules have prevented us from getting to Lincoln, NH as frequently as we would like. We are going to try renting to families who will enjoy all that the Lincoln area has to offer, and respect and care for our home as we have. We have made the condominium unit wheelchair accessible, with ramps in front door and onto back deck, and wider door openings to accommodate our wheelchair family member.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium Unit
Peace and quiet. Small town atmosphere. Swimming, biking, walking trails. Family skiing from the youngest beginners to experts. Shopping. Great restaurants. Great movie theater in town. Lincoln has it all, but much quieter than No. Conway on the other side of the Kancamagus Highway. Beautiful views of the White Mountains. You can see Loon Mountain right out the back door.
