Why the Owner Chose Lincoln
This has been our "second home" for ten years. Our children's football, basketball and baseball schedules have prevented us from getting to Lincoln, NH as frequently as we would like. We are going to try renting to families who will enjoy all that the Lincoln area has to offer, and respect and care for our home as we have. We have made the condominium unit wheelchair accessible, with ramps in front door and onto back deck, and wider door openings to accommodate our own wheelchair family member.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Peace and quiet. Small town atmosphere. Swimming, biking, walking trails. Family skiing from the youngest beginners to experts. Shopping. Great restaurants. Great movie theater in town. Lincoln has it all, but much quieter than No. Conway on the other side of the Kancamagus Highway. Beautiful views of the White Mountains. You can see Loon Mountain right out the back door.

We stayed at the condo for 2 nights to visit dome local tourist attractions with our toddler daughter. We also brought two dogs with us. The condo is cozy, quiet with many things to do on foot. Great restaurants nearby, and the condo had pamphlets ot local attractions/dining which was nice. Very clean, well equipped, all the amenities of home. We will definitely return for vacation here!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We truly enjoyed our "second" stay at the Capano's condo in Lincoln, NH. The condo is a very relaxing place and we feel like we are enjoying the amenities of our home. The view from the deck and windows is probably our favorite part of the condo. It is so beautiful looking out at the river and mountains. No matter the season, this condo has it all... enjoy!

My husband & I stayed here over New Year's with another couple and we all had an amazing time. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. The location is perfect! It's minutes from Loon Mountain and shuttle picks you up right outside. There's a playground and tennis courts steps away (which we didn't use since it snowed over a foot) and the condo has a balcony that overlooks a stream in the back. Great time, we'd happily return!
