The second floor has two bedrooms - one is being used as an office with a pull out sofa. The third floor is an open plan living room/ dining room/kitchen. The balcony is on this floor and can hold 6 to 8 people. The forth floor is the master suite with office, double shower, and jet garden tub. The 5th floor is an open terrace which can hold 30 people comfortably to watch a concert.

Why the Owner Chose Atlanta
From the side balcony this house has direct view on center stage. The house is located 30 feet behind the last row if seating. Chastian Park amphitheater is Atlanta's Premier outdoor concert venue and the summer home of the Atlanta Symphony. My home is less the 2 miles from Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square Malls. Local Dining is excellent.
