Why the Owner Chose Villas Marlin
We have always loved Cancun, because it has so much to do. The beaches are gorgeous, and you can shop, dine, see entertainment, snorkel and other water sports, see the Mayan ruins, and so much more! We bought the condo with our Mexican partner, because of it's great location to entertainment, dining and shopping. Our partner basically takes care of the Cancun end of things, and we do the management and advertising of the property.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
At Villas Marlin, you are right next to Kukulcan Mall, with many nice shops and dining. You are walking distance to many shops, fast food, a casino with slot machines, and more upscale dining. You are close to water sports, activities, nightclubs, and the Mayan ruins. There are buses that run in front of the condo for 65 cents, that take you all around the city. There are taxis easily available, so you don't need a car! You are walking distance to the famous nightclub and shopping district- Cocobongos, Sr. Frogs, Carlos and Charlies, etc. It is next to the Forum By the Sea shopping center, and Rainforest Cafe, money exchange, a good sized flea market, many shops, and great beaches! There are many restaurants within walking distance, budget to luxury. There are buses that cost 65 cents, that take you just about anywhere you want to go, or you can take a tour. The buses run in front of the hotel. Most tours have hotel pickups available.

We are Americans, Rick and Dori Warner, that live in Cincinnati, Oh. Former teacher and I.T. Director. Semi-retired with 3 kids (aged 16 to 26). We now own/manage a number of local and vacation rentals (Cancun and Maui). We are very active (volleyball, racquetball and tennis) and love to travel.
