The Sandcastle Condominium is located on the South end of New Smyrna Beach. Having only 25 units in the building gives Sandcastle private uncluttered feeling not present in larger high rise condominiums.

Unit 101 is a three bedroom three bath 1850 square foot ground floor corner unit featuring large fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining area. Both the master bedroom and bedroom two have private baths; the bath for bedroom one is across the hall. This unit features both east and west facing porches that captures the ocean breeze. There is a reserved gated covered garage parking space located under the building.

The Sandcastle is just minutes away from the National Seashore where you can take guided tours into the hammocks or on turtle watches during the season. Indian mounds can be explored and fishing is excellent. Visit the Ranger Station for information on the early settlement of Eldora and watch a short movie. Drive to the north end of the island for a completely different view. It is windswept from hurricanes and has a two mile walk around the end of the island. You can see Ponce Lighthouse across the inlet. Come back to relax in the Sandcastle and watch the constant movement of the ocean and sky or walk on the sandy beach at sunset. Every day is a memory at The Sandcastle.

  • Our family has rented many beach condos over the past years and we can agree this unit was one of our favorites. On our arrival the unit was exactly what the owner described and more... Everything (cooking utensils, chairs, clean bedrooms and baths, towels,linens etc.) were all in order. We really did not need to bring anything but food. The complex is approximatly 20 units so parking was awesome. This condo is a corner unit so lots of privacy and easy access with gargage or outside parking if you prefer. The beach is only steps away which made it very nice lugging chairs down each day. The pool was nothing eloborate, but refreshing and serves it purpose.We would definetly rent this unit again.
