We had a great time! Barbara was really nice to deal with. We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday there and Barbara left flowers a magazine and a birthday card for her. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It was immaculate. The only thing that I would hope for is that it is available the next time we go. Thanks Barbara!!

We've stayed at most all of the condos on New Smyrna Beach. This is by far the best! Roomy, beautifully decorated, and close to the ocean. It was our best vacation ever! Marie

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandcastle 101. The condo was one of the best we have stayed at. The ocean views were spectacular and the kids really enjoyed the pool. There were lots of other families at sandcastle and everyone was very friendly. The condo was very clean and neat and well equipped. We really felt at home here. Our vacation here has given us many fond memories.

A Wonderful Oceanfront Home!!!

We've rented numerous oceanfront properties over the years - and this easily ranks in the top three! NSB is a wonderful location.... marvelous beach, easy going community, no traffic congestion, etc. We spent a heavenly week here with our daughter, son-in-law & our 5 year old twin grandsons. (With active boys, being on a no drive beach was very important to us.) SandCastle is a lovely, 25 unit building - thoroughly peaceful, with panoramic ocean views and the beach just steps out the door. The unit is impecably clean and offers everything you could possibly imagine - e.g., four televevisions, exceptionally well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, etc. (This is definitely NOT a typical rental unit!) Needless to say, we hope to return soon!

Wow! We just finished our first stay at Barbara's condo, and it was wonderful. My husband and I were joined by our daughter and son in law and their 2 little boys. This property exceeded our expectations!! It was immaculately clean and well appointed. Since the boys were less than 4 years old, we opted to mostly cook in or do take out food. The kitchen was big and handy and very well appointed! We absolutely loved the beach, the pool and the hot tub. The unit was quiet, and the other people staying at Sandcastle were all friendly and courteous. Very well located for trips to Daytona and Disney also. We're already planning our next trip to Sandcastle!

I have been coming to New Smyrna beach as a child since the early 60’s and continued to come to this part of Florida’s coast as an adult. Having tried other areas of the coast from time to time I find New Smyrna beach to be one of the most relaxing beaches around and covenant to most of the activities I enjoy. I have had the pleasure of renting this condo several times in the past prior to the owner ever considering making it available for rental and have always found everything to be in excellent repair. It is located on a no drive beach which was extremely important to me as a father of three small children. I will continue to rent this condo for my stays in New Smyrna Beach.

We have stayed at this condo and let me tell you this is one of the best condos we have ever experienced. It's like walking into a brand new unit, very clean and decorated like a magazine. Has three bedrooms along 3 baths one for each bedroom with I love!! All I had to do is open the door and I'm on the beach. It's a 10 minute drive to Flaggler Ave. which has a lot of shops for a shoppers dream. LOVE IT!

Our family has rented many beach condos over the past years and we can agree this unit was one of our favorites. On our arrival the unit was exactly what the owner described and more... Everything (cooking utensils, chairs, clean bedrooms and baths, towels,linens etc.) were all in order. We really did not need to bring anything but food. The complex is approximatly 20 units so parking was awesome. This condo is a corner unit so lots of privacy and easy access with gargage or outside parking if you prefer. The beach is only steps away which made it very nice lugging chairs down each day. The pool was nothing eloborate, but refreshing and serves it purpose.We would definetly rent this unit again.
