Our unit offers two bedroom, with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the second, a sleeper sofa in the living room and two full baths. The fully outfitted kitchen opens onto the living room, with bar counter seating between. From your balcony, you may be able to observe the daily goings on of the many species of birds that inhabit the Salt Ponds Preserve we highly recommend packing your binoculars.
We welcome pets and their "parents" to our property! We love animals and enjoy having them stay with us. We do have a few guidelines to make your stay with us safe and enjoyable for both you and your pet. There is a $35 per day plus tax pet fee.
All Sunrise Suites Condominiums have the same floor plan and all are luxuriously appointed. You may find considerable savings by using our online booking engine!

Accurate per the listing discription, however the wireless internet access did not work. Everytime we called the front office they said they would fix the problem or we could come to the lobby to use it there. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. Plenty of room in the condo. The kitchen in the condo was very nice and we brought groceries and made some meals which was great because the food on Duvall was average and overpriced. We did not have a car a couple of nights and it was about a $20 cab fare to Duvall street. About 1.5-2 miles from the beach, great walking path to get there. Highlight of the trip was the airplane tour of the island which was $60 per person.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
