My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week beginning April 15th, 2012. We were happy about it from the minute we walked in the door. (I loved the keyless entry so we didn't have to get a key from the office or return one! And no stairs to climb either!) The unit was clean, fresh and nicely decorated. Being senior citizens, we wanted a "home away from home" while celebrating our 45th anniversary and our April birthdays; this place fit us nicely! It was quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the birds and watching some golfers playing their game. I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub each night and the comfortable pillow top mattress too! It was nice to have everything we needed there except food. He even supplies the condiments, salt and pepper, spices, etc, cooking oil, shampoos, washing powders etc. And or course all the kitchen supplies anyone would need. We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay at a better price! 3 TVS too! One in each bedroom and a huge one in the living area. Steve was great to work with, he always answered my questions promptly and courteously. I told my sister about this unit and she plans to secure it for a time in October. I know she won't be disappointed either! The woodsy area around the unit, (I love trees and there are plenty of them!), and being away from the noisy 76 strip was all a great bonus but it was easy to get back into town quickly! I took advantage of the free fitness gym at the activity center at Holiday Hills each day too and the free Wi-Fi. We saw some nice shows while in Branson, The Hughes Bros show "It" is a must see! Thanks Steve for helping us with the tickets! We truly enjoyed the show! I am looking forward to coming back next year in the fall! And your place will be where we will stay again! I give this place a big thumbs up! You won't go wrong staying here! Steve's instructions to the condo was easy to follow after I read them again. We were tired after a tedious 10 hour drive in the rain. But we found the unit fairly easy. After that it was a breeze getting back to it. PS Go see Dogwood Canyon on HWY 86 about 26 miles south of Branson! It is a beautiful place and if you like taking nature photos, you'll love this place! We did! We walked 5 miles on the paved walkways in the canyon on a sunny breezy day enjoying the fresh air and gorgeous scenery! Take plenty of water if you are going to walk though. But it is worth the trip! They also have a tram if you don't care to walk.

Te condo was more than we expected, beautiful view of golf course and Steve Harbour is an exceptional host.

My family of 5 stayed in this condo and had a great time. It was all that was advertised and more. Doing business with Steve was very easy and efficient. Our family loved the way it was decorated and the beds were very comfortable. There is a grocery store very close by and a pizza parlor, Pizza World, in the same strip as the grocery store, which was very good pizza. If you know the different routes of Branson, you will get around very nicely and quickly. We would recommend doing business with Steve.

What a great stay!!! My family and I have been coming to Branson since the time I was 3 years old. Now, my wife and I have been coming for the past 6 years and this was the first time we stayed in a condo, with our 2.5 year old. We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean, well kept, stocked with all of the plates, pots, glasses, coffee pot, etc that we needed. Our stay was extremely comfortable, our son slept in a big bed all by himself for the very first time, and we as a family were able to relax and enjoy our time here. Steve is extremely on top of his word and is reliable, honest, and extremely caring. We absolutely loved our stay here and would love to do it again in the years to come. We actually don't want to leave, but we must go back to reality--home that is. So for your next stay in Branson, consider your lodging needs through Steve Habour. My family came to Branson on June 6, 2011 we stayed 4 days and 3 nights in Steve’s wonderful condo. This was our first experience renting a condo and wasn’t sure what to expect but it was great, well stocked with everything, just bring some food and you are good, It is clean and well kept. All of us loved the patio overlooking the golf course; my family was very impressed with the condo. Steve Harbour rates on his condo are very reasonable, I had forgot my husband’s very costly electric razor so I called Steve to see if he could find it, He got back with me within seconds of calling him and not only did he find it he also found my make-up bag and is mailing it to us as I type this. Steve is a very caring man and I hope when my family comes back up next year we can rent a condo from him again, because we know it will be clean and just in case we forget something again we know we will get it back. So Steve do you have a four bedroom available next year for my whole family. I would like to bring my son and daughter-in–law and daughter and son –in- law along with my youngest daughter next year. We just got home from a quick trip to Branson. We spent two nights in this condo. The new carpet and all the furnishings are great. It is clean and well kept. I would have been happy just to go and stay there to relax, but of course Branson has so many activities and attractions. I highly recommend The Hughes Brothers show. We really enjoyed the music and were very impressed by all the children who are in the show. Thank you for a nice little vacation. We had a great time.

My two girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in your condo this past weekend. We loved relaxing on the patio with a glass of wine overlooking the trees and golf course. We had a great day visiting Branson Landing, the outlet mall and other sites and were ready for some relaxation. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and new. Thanks again Steve for accommodating us on a weekend!

My family traveled to Branson and stayed in this wonderful condo on Oct 10-13, 2010. When I logged back on to the site to post my review of this condo, I was hit in the face with a review from "Vicki from Oklahoma" with a title of NOT LUXURY. Well to all who read this, I hope Ms. Luxury is one of them, let me let you guys in on a little secret... if it wasn't for people like Steve Harbour and the AWSOME rates he has on his condo.. the average american family, MINE, would never be able to come to a place like Branson. Not only are Steve's rates wonderful, the condo itself couldn't have been any nicer. I traveled with my wife and my mother and father. They were all impressed with the facilities and expecially the location of this condo. We got to know the security guard at the front gate, we called her Maxine cause she looks like my Aunt Maxine... she was so nice and welcomed us each time we entered the property... and believe me.. if she didn't recognize you, you didn't get in.. this made us feel very safe. The remark made by Vicki regarding the guest room in my view is simply not true. The guest room was nice and my Mom and Dad commented several times on how nice and comfortible it was. As for the owner Steve not returning emails in a timely mannor... this is not true... we emailed back and forth for months prior to our stay and he was always prompt on emailing as well as answering my phone calls, both times I called... For all of you red blooded Americans that need a break from life.. come to Branson and stay in this Condo... It's awsome and very homely feeling. Sorry for the long post... just get ticked off when people like Ms. Luxury down a wonderful place. Thanks again Steve. We'll be back soon. Chip in MS.

We loved the location since our husbands enjoy playing golf at Holiday Hills. The condos are close to shopping and has easy access to the Interstate. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the golf course. Rental was well stocked with most items. We did appreciate that there are no stairs to climb with this unit. Unfortunately, rental was in need of updating and new carpeting. The guest room was not very nice. The bedroom was hot and the window unit in the bedroom was not working properly. It was better with the door open but not a great deal of privacy that way. We had a broken faucet handle in shower in our bathroom when reported to the owner he just told us we could use our fingers. He said he would try stronger glue next time. Emails were not always answered promptly. The condo was a reasonable price but we hope to find something a little nicer next time. Branson is a really fun place to visit and we look forward to going back again next year.

Owner response:Out of every review we have ever received, this is the only one without an excellent response. We take great pride in our condo and we strive to be sure that all maintenance items that arise are taken care of asap. In this instance with the tenant breaking the shower knob, it was a weekend and there was nothing immediate that could be done. It was not an emergency issue being that the shower was fully operational even with the broken knob. The knob has since been repaired. The condo also has another fully operational shower and a tub. The air unit in the 2nd bedroom was inspected and works fine. The remarks about e-mails not being answered is a false statement. I work very hard to see that I answer and respond to all e-mails and phone calls promptly. Please send me an e-mail and see for yourself. Sincerely, Steve

we stayed 8/19-23rd.............The condo,location and property are great. You feel safe. Your not to far from everthing. My 70 year old mom was impressed. Short drive from the new Branson airport (25min),Clubhouse is great. wishing we had choosen fall as a vacation stay as the location would be perfect for the fall leave's...........

This was our first experience renting a condo in Branson and we would definitely like to come back and stay in your condo again. The location was great and it was so peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was so well stocked right down to the kind of coffee we drink. We brought my 83 year old mother and she enjoyed it so much and keeps asking when we can go back again. We are definitely spoiled to the condo life now and will never want to rent a motel room again when we come to Branson.Thank you for such a wonderful condo experience.

My Mom and I stayed in this unit May 18th thru 22nd of 2010. It was just as described, the complex was awesome, extremely well maintained, and the location was very convenient to all Branson activities. Would highly recommend both the unit and the owner, who was very accomodating, returning calls quickly.

We're so happy to have been able to stay at your condo. We brought our 86 yr old Mom down to catch the Branson style entertainment. Your place is so nice! We "settled in" and relaxed between shows & shopping. Did a bit of our own cooking and really enjoyed it all. Thanks so much. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful condo! We have been coming to Branson for the last 7 years and have stayed in a variety of places from hotels to condos. This is our favorite by far!!! It is beautiful yet homey and comfortable. Holiday Hills activity center is great also. We played tennis, pool, ping pong and rented movies one night. We even ordered Luigi's Pizza, which was delivered to our door. It was an awesome weekend. We will be back soon!

This place was FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend it to others. It was super clean, well stocked kitchen and baths, and comfortable for 6 people. Lots of fun activities for the family at the resort, and close to a grocery store! The location is away from the busy city, but still within a comfortable driving distance of all the attractions. Nothing bad to say about this place! STAY HERE!! It's one of the best I have stayed at! Wonderful condo!
