Across the street from the cottage is Little Sabine Bay where you can pull your boat up on the shore. Boating is amazing; lots of sea rays and dolphin, turtles and incredible fishing!
The large master bedroom has the most fabulous view of the dune preserve and the Gulf of Mexico. The master bath has his & her sinks, relaxing whirlpool bath, and separate shower. Balconies from each bedroom and the Great room. HD TVs in each room.
There is a futon in the great room that makes into a large double bed, perfect for the kids; twin beds in one bedroom and a queen in the third. Spacious living, perfect views, relaxing atmosphere; the best vacation experience you will EVER HAVE!!!

The pictures don't begin to tell the story of this perfect beach house. It has every amenity a person could possibly want or need while on vacation. Although I never met the owners of this house, I know they are wonderful. From the moment we arrived and found the special surprises waiting, I knew they must be wonderful people. You can pick 1 of 3 decks to go sit on and enjoy the breeze and view. The bedrooms are comfortable and had plenty of space. TV's are in every room so everyone can watch what they like. You are just steps away from the walk to the beach and it takes about 1 minute to get to the sand. The house really is in a great spot. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the house you've been searching for. We will definitely be going back to this house in paradise.

This is a fabulous property with stunning views. We have stayed at several different homes in the past few years on the island. They were all great homes, but our family agreed that this was our favorite. The photos are good but the house/views looks even better in person. The decks were tremendous! Your view from every room is of the gulf, the protected dune area where the Island Cross is located, Little Sabine Bay, and beyond. The top deck gives you views of the entire island in all directions. The house is gulf side with a dune walkover right outside the gate/garage. The beach is really wide at that spot and it was never crowded. Fort Pickens is just a few miles down the road and is a favorite of my boys. The Pensacola pier, dining, and shopping are all within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a free island trolley that also runs past the house for visitors w/out a car. The neighborhood around the house is very peaceful and quiet. There are two kayaks there that the owner said we could use. She even brought over extra life jackets for us. Little Sabine Bay is right across the road and we had a great time kayaking there. YOLO boarding classes meet there a few mornings a week. Internet/Phone/Cable worked great and the laundry room is a godsend for anyone with children. The owner is a lovely person who was helpful in every way. They live on the island full time so if you need anything, they are available. Pat called on our arrival day to let us know the house was ready(early) and welcome us. Can't say enough good things about the house. We hope to be back next summer!

This is an incredible property and from the minute we opened the front door, we felt comfortable and "at home". In early May, my husband, daughter, mother, and I visited Pensacola for a week to be close to our grandson, who is serving in the Navy at Correy Station. The location of the beach house worked out very well and we walked and rode bicycles to many of the local restaurants and shops. This home is very well maintained and was immaculately clean and well-appointed. My mother is 89 years young and enjoyed sitting on the deck watching all the activities on the bay side and also all that was happening at the beach as well. From the beginning, the owner answered every question, provided additional information and pictures, and was friendly, hospitable, and accommodating in every way. We felt we were visiting an old friend and the amenities and beauty of the home lacked for nothing. All was at our fingertips, thanks to the thoughtful and organized planning on behalf of the owner. We plan on visiting our grandson again soon and we are hopeful to find this property available. In fact, we will plan our trip when the property is available to enjoy a second time. If you enjoy great food, MaGuires is a must!
