Oak Island is a long established family beach with virtually every available amenity. Home is located in the prestigious west end of the island known as Kings Lynn. Home was bought in 2008 and completely renovated from the ground up. Renovations were complete in July 2009. Everything in the house is brand new. House has a wonderfully comfortable upper level with 3BR and 2BA, and a Lower Level with 2BR and 1BA and a Kitchenette. Lower Level has futons and a sleeper sofa kids will love. Perfect for families with kids, 2 families, or even a small family that only needs the Upper Level. Will consider discounts for use of Upper Level only.
House has a direct private beach access across the street that is for the use of this house only. Enjoy your private space on the beach. Wonderful views. Great front porch with comfortable rocking chairs to pass the time and enjoy the ocean breezes.
House is well equipped and ready to come right in. Cleaning service provided in rent and linens can be waiting when you arrive.
3 Queens, 4 Twins, 2 Futons and 1 Sleeper Sofa. 6 Cable TV’s, wireless internet, games, DVD library, puzzles, beach chairs and rafts are all waiting to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.
