We loved this little condo on the beach. It has everything you need indoors -- very clean and well appointed kitchen, bath, bedroom and livingroom with TV, etc, and all the beach and bike equipment you need for outdoors. The condo looks to have been recently renovated, and is very comfortable. The livingroom looks straight out to the beach. There is a large front grounds between the condo and the beach, which is wild and very peaceful, and it provides privacy to the condo. The condo, being on the second floor, has lots of privacy, and no other guests have a need to pass by it, as there are stairways at both ends of the building. We liked this feature a lot. There is a nice little balcony with table and chairs out the front door, and sitting there is like being at the beach -- it's a nice place to read a book or have a drink. The beach had lots of shells and birds, and one afternoon at sunset we saw a bobcat in the brush near the shore. A very peaceful setting.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I and our three daughters stayed in this condo in July of 2010. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything about it! The fruit basket was a great touch and the view was amazing! I hope we can go back again this year!!!

My husband, young son, and I stayed in F7 the week of August 24th and had a phenomenal time. The previous compliments on the cleanliness and attention to detail in the condo are spot on. We really love this condo. It was the small things that you have that really make it great like: the bikes, the cooler, the chairs, the fruit basket, menu book, radio for the beach, bedroom TV, big TV, videos & beach towels (they smell great too). The view & location are awesome. We loved the food at RC Otters(steamed shrimp) & The Timbers! The shelling was out of this world. We drove to Venice Beach about an hour & ½) & found over 300 shark teeth, it was worth the drive! We will be back & look forward to staying in the condo again. Very nice from the Assigned Parking spot, the panoramic ocean view from the board walk and deck, the fragrance as we opened the door with our code (no keys to worry about) the flowers we thought were real at first-The fruit basket, efficient notes all over, the cheerful furnishing, the efficient kitchen furnishing the linens, were all high quality. When it was too hot to ride the bikes, play in the ocean or sight see we watched the DVD‘s provided. Cooler weather would be very nice. We recommend The Timbers on Tarpon Bay Road, the Shell Museum, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and the Edison /Ford Estates in Ft Myers. The Kelly’s Melbourne FL
