This property is located in a community called Rio Buena Vista. It is right on the water with it's own small beach and deck access. The deck has a wood burning fire pit which is nice for those chilly winter nights. It is a cozy home approx. 1300 square feet. The master bathroom has a sunken tub, two sinks, and a separate full size shower. The unit also has it own washer and dryer for personal use. The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking needs. There is a driveway for parking your vehicle and also public parking very close by.
We are also a 20 minute drive from the Avi Resort and Casino, Laughlin Nevada is a 35 minute drive, and Lake Havasu Arizona is a 45 minute drive. It is a very relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable place to visit.
