The entire condo was remodeled in 2007 including new tile, cabinets, vanities, granite countertops, appliances and furniture.
We have installed Wi-Fi in our condo so you can use your laptop anywhere in the unit including the patio; avoid those trips to the internet cafe.

My wife and have been coming to St. Maarten for 14 years and have fallen in love with the island and people of St. Maarten. We wanted to spend more time "on-island' and purchased our condo so we could spend more quality time on St. Maarten.
Why the Owner Chose Simpson Bay
We owned a timeshare in the area and found it to be an area that offered beautiful beaches, numerous restaurants and convenience to anywhere else on the island.

We rented this unit from Tim and this is our top vacation spot. We have been going to St. Maartin for the last six years. We first visited I think as everyone else has, by cruise and fell in love with this destination spot. We had visited Caribbean islands before but found St. Maartin to be the more laid back destination spot. Tim has all of the amenities that you would ever need, including a hair dryer that I had forgotten to bring. Thanks Tim for that. We were not sure how we would like the bottom floor as opposed to the upper units that we had stayed in, but we found this to be very convenient to go to beach to your room. Bring mosquito repellant because summer time they are really bad. We would definitely stay at this unit again in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful condo. Tim was the perfect host....very accommodating. The condo had everything we needed and more. The best part was that the beach was only a few steps away from the patio. There were lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach and many nights we'd pull the chairs up to the water and look at the stars. The people were friendly and helpful and the resort was clean and maintained.There are great restaurants across the street so many nights we didn't even need a car. Be sure to try "The Waterfront". We will surely go back soon. Thanks Tim

The location of this condo couldn't be more perfect. It’s close to the airport, but not so close that the planes disturb your piece of paradise. It’s close to great restaurants like Lee’s Roadside Grill and Jimbo’s Mesquite Grill just to name a couple. The condo is clean, comfortable, beautiful and convenient to everything. It's on the ground floor and has a huge glass front window that looks out to the beautiful beach. It was a dream to wake up and walk out onto the patio every morning and sit and enjoy the view. Although we did venture to other beaches and there are some beautiful ones on the island; we spent most of our time enjoying the beach right outside our door. The staff working at the resort were friendly, helpful and fun. The resort had daily activities going on, which is nice for those people who maybe want more than just relaxing on the beach. One day we participated in the “name that song” game at the pool bar…..that was a lot of fun!!! Other than that, we mostly just did our own thing. If you really want to explore the island you’ll need to rent a car. However if you don’t rent a car, there are plenty of things within walking distance like: a market, casino, lot’s of restaurants, and bars. The condo had everything we could have asked for and more including the water noodles and raft. We didn’t have our kids with us, but it would be a perfect place for a family to stay too. I would highly recommend this condo to others and hope to return again!

We had a great vacation in St. Maarten. The condo we rented was very nice. There were 2 couples. We each had a bedroom with bath. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for the week. It was very quiet which was nice. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. There was a grocery store within walking distance. We did rent a car so that would could explore the entire island and visit many different beaches. The beach here is very nice although the water is disappointing. There is a lot of seaweed and rocks and the water if very murky. As for the condo itself, we couldn't have picked a nicer place on the island.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This condo is very nice. Just like the discription states, steps to the sand. We walked to great resturants ate seafood every night. The condo has everything we could ask for felt like home. A new market just a few blocks away. There are other beautiful beaches on the Island, but if you are looking to just relax and soak up the sun this beach was perfect. We don't have kids that travel with us, this would be a great condo for those who do. Two bedrooms and baths and Kid activities every day at the pool.We will be retuning next year
