Year Purchased: 2006
My wife and have been coming to St. Maarten for 12 years and have fallen in love with the island and people of St. Maarten. We wanted to spend more time "on-island' and purchased our condo so we could spend more quality time on St. Maarten.
Why the Owner Chose Simpson Bay
We owned a timeshare in the area and found it to be an area that offered beautiful beaches, numerous restaurants and convenience to anywhere else on the island.
