Why the Owner Chose Paradise Valley
I chose to buy this vacation rental for many reasons, starting with location and charm. We are a ten minute walk to one of the best hiking trails (Camelback Mountain, Cholla Trail) and a 15 minute walk to lively downtown Scottsdale. There are also several award winning golf courses within a 5-15 minute drive. The grounds at Casa Blanca are unbelievable, with three heated pools all with spa's, tennis courts, a rose garden and a cactus garden, you feel like you are staying in a five star resort.

Within this community, I enjoy swimming year around, playing tennis, walking my dog through the rose and cactus gardens while under careful watch by our 24/7 guarded gate.

I bought this house in 2005 and fell in love with the Casa Blanca charm. Casa Blanca is known as one of the finest guard-gated communities in Paradise Valley/Scottsdale. It has a fascinating history and is blessed with a unique architectural character. I have put my heart into making this home a comfortable place and am now happy to open it up to others to enjoy.
