We highly recommend this Paradise Valley condo! The unit is clean and comfortable with some very nice high-end updates. The patio is private and looks out over a beautifully landscaped walkway through the development. Neighboring condo owners are very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a starting supply of paper products and basic kitchen/bath needs. The owner also called us upon arrival to make sure the unit met our expectations. The location is hard to beat - very close to restaurants, shops, golf, and Camelback Mtn. A pool and tennis courts are right across the street. We can't think of anything that was missing.

Casa Blanca is a perfect rental property. We used it for a guys golfing trip, but the the large king bedrooms and a location minutes from Scottsdale make this perfect for families or any groups that want access to great shopping, dining and nightlife. The unit is spacious and very well maintained. The owner is very responsive and wants to make sure everything exceeds your expectations. We will definitely make this our first choice in the area.

My family and I (wife and 2 kids) spent a month at Casa Blanca. The property was exactly as advertised in both appearance and amenities. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised to find a number of items available on arrival -- i.e. garbage bags, laundry detergent, coffee, sugar, water, etc. which made our first morning following a late night arrival that much more comfortable. The property was clean, well-maintained and Colin was excellent checking in with us on arrival and periodically throughout out stay to ensure everything was ok. He was extremely helpful answering any and all of our questions, and always available. I would highly recommend this property for all of the above reasons, in addition to its ideal location in Scottsdale. Old Town, Fashion Square Mall, Grocery Shopping, Restaurants, Freeway access all minutes away from the property. Excellent HD cable package, which is not always the case in rentals, good and reliable internet and having access to the lap pool across from the property was very convenient. Great backyard for grilling that was well shaded and comfortable considering the temperatures we endured mid June-mid July. Great kitchen as well. Didn’t utilize the steam shower as much as we should have but that’s another plus. Excellent property that provided us with a very, very enjoyable Arizona winter!!

I recently spent 10 days at this property in Phoenix, AZ. The apartment is gorgeous and fully stocked with everything you'll need for your visit. Colin was attentive but not intrusive and was easily available in case anything went wrong (nothing went wrong). You can see Camelback mountain from the window and the mall is only a short walk or drive away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice apartment to stay in where they can cook and entertain in style. I will absolutely consider returning for a repeat stay.

5 star accommodations! Colin thought of every detail...games in the closet, welcome drinks on arrival, local guide and referral lists of fabulous eateries, I could go on, but bottom line this is a lovely condo in the ideal location. We were able to walk to the trailhead of Camelback Mountain with ease! The best part of our hike was coming back to the soothing, relaxing steam shower in the Master Bath! The Fashion Square mall is so close and the condo location allows amazing accessibility to wonderful restaurants and The Phoenician Golf Course and Spa...We loved our spa day at The Phoenician! This property is immaculate, and a lovely furnished condo...you will want for nothing! Our family loved the hot tub and pool across the drive and the tennis courts, just steps away! The Highest recommendation comes from my family to yours!

The experience at Colin's Casa Blanca home was incredible! He thought of, provided for every detail, and every aspect was considered in making our stay in Paradise Valley totally hassle free! A lovely home , first class amenities... secure gated community, jacuzzi hot tub, tennis courts, amazing steam shower, in addition... little details, laundry detergent, family games, movies, and all aspects of making our stay amazing! The whole experience ranks 10 out of 10! Totally updated, gourmet kitchen, Large flat screen TV in LR/DR and MBR, wifi, beautiful patio with gorgeous cactus garden path, and all the comforts of home! I highly recommend this home for you and your family! Perfect location near Fashion Square and Camelback Mountain Cholla Trail! We will book this home again on our next visit to the Valley!! We had an amazing stay at Casa Blanca! The townhome and furnishings were first class. Kitchen is ultra modern and beds very comfortable. Everything from the pools, tennis courts, and hiking at nearby Camel Back mountain made our stay a memorable one. The location is perfect and the grounds are beautiful and quiet. Kids loved it and were welcomed. We would highly recommend Colin's place to anyone.

I came down with my sister and three girlfriends and we had a wonderful time. We loved the peace and quiet, and serenity of the place. We are all mothers with small children and were looking for a relaxing mother's get away. The property grounds are gorgeous and greatly maintained. We loved that the pool was a stone's throw away. The Camelback Mountain hike was very fun and close by. The townhome was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owners thought of everything, we lacked for nothing. Thank you again, we had such a great time. I would highly recommend the place. We would definitely come back!

Spent a week in March. Very relaxing & quiet. Condo was very nice, excellent kitchen. Within walking distance to mall and hiking at Camelback. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in Colin's vacation home for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything has been thought of ahead of time--the kitchen is nicely equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, the rooms are furnished quite tastefully and the mattresses are very comfy-- They are just the perfect combination of "not too soft" or "not too firm" and equivalent to sleeping on a cloud! We would definitely come back.

We spent a week in the Casa Blanca townhome and had a great time. We loved the central location, the gourmet kitchen, and the complex ammenities. The gate guard was even able to sign for our Fed-Ex delivery while we were out. The place was very clean, which is a very important feature to us when looking for a vacation rental.

Our family just finished our Christmas vacation week at the Casablanca property owned by Colin. The place was absolutely fabulous. It had every amenity you could want or need. Easy access to Scottsdale Fashion Square, Phoenician and Sanctuary resorts for spa and golf and to Camleback Mt for great hiking. The home was extremely clean and organized and kid friendly. Colin left a detailed guest book with information on things to do and places to eat in the area. The steam shower in the master bath was perfect after a day of mountain biking. We are a well traveled family and have stayed at a variety of hotels and homes all over the world. This Casablanca home was just perfect and very high end... it exceeded our expectations. Colin was very organized and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

My fiance and I spent three nights at this property last weekend. We came to Phoenix to watch the Washington Huskies and the Arizona State Sun Devils play football. We really had a great time, it was very relaxing. The suite was clean and modern, the kitchen was superb, (love the latte machine). The bed was extremely comfortable and the pool was conviniently located just steps away. We would definately stay here again. The owners were nice and treated us very fairly.
