Royal Palms #606 is professionally decorated with light blocking custom made draperies in living room and bedroom. There is new ceramic title flooring with area rugs and new carpet in bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience.
The living area features a sofa sleeper and 32" flat screen TV with DVD player and new stereo system. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and 32" flat screen TV with DVD player. There are bunk beds built into an alcove in the hallway. The dining area seats four and there are three bar stools. The balcony has seating for four.
Two cars allowed.

This was our first time using VRBO. I could not have asked for better service. Using VRBO saved around $400 for our stay. We will defintely use it again. This was our first time also at the Royal Palms. We absoutley LOVED the condo. It was nicely decorated and VERY CLEAN. It has all the amenities we needed for our 5 night stay. The bed slept well, plenty of towels and wash clothes, kitchen had plenty of dishes to cook with. Loved the room darkening curtains in living room and bedroom. (Made it easier to sleep in) We loved the beach also (being last condo--the beach was not as crowded) I will recommend this condo to anyone wishing to visit the gulf. We will defintely stay here again. If you stay here you WILL NOT be disappointed.
