The complex has covered parking with two elevators, a large indoor heated pool and hot tub. There is also an outdoor pool, and a shower area at the boardwalk to the beach. On the second floor you will enjoy a sauna and steam room.
Royal Palms #606 is professionally decorated, light blocking custom made draperies in LR and BR., ceramic title flooring with area rugs, carpet in bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, stack washer/dryer inside the unit. Dining area seats four.
The living area has a sofa sleeper and 32" TV/DVD. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a 32" TV/DVD. There is also bunk beds in an alcove in the hallway.
This unit has a balcony with an amazing Gulf front view! Sit on your balcony sipping coffee early and watch the dolphins play! The Gulf State Park pier is next door.

This was our first time using VRBO. I could not have asked for better service. Using VRBO saved around $400 for our stay. We will defintely use it again. This was our first time also at the Royal Palms. We absoutley LOVED the condo. It was nicely decorated and VERY CLEAN. It has all the amenities we needed for our 5 night stay. The bed slept well, plenty of towels and wash clothes, kitchen had plenty of dishes to cook with. Loved the room darkening curtains in living room and bedroom. (Made it easier to sleep in) We loved the beach also (being last condo--the beach was not as crowded) I will recommend this condo to anyone wishing to visit the gulf. We will defintely stay here again. If you stay here you WILL NOT be disappointed. Hope to return next year--Steve and Chrissy from Tennessee
