ROYAL PALMS unit #606 is the last complex before the Alabama State Park. The perfect location to walk with 1/3 mile of sugar white, sandy beach, watch fishing boats, pick up sea shells or just relax in the sun. The complex has covered and non covered parking with two elevators, a large Indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. There is a large outdoor pool, and a shower area at the boardwalk to the beach. On the second floor you will enjoy a sauna and steam room.
Our unit is very clean, professionally decorated, light blocking custom made draperies in LR and BR., ceramic title flooring with area rugs, carpet in bedroom. Everything is ready for you to enjoy your vacation in this unit. The kitchen is fully equipped just like yours at home, stack washer/dryer, 2 TV's, 2 VCRs, 2 DVDs, wireless internet and all linens provided.
This unit has a balcony with an awesome Direct Ocean Front View. Sit on your balcony sipping coffee early in the A.M. and watch dolphins play, sea gulls soar, rising of the sun and in the P.M. watch the unbelievable colors of the sunset.
Stroll on the uncrowded beaches, cast your fishing line on the new State Park Pier or simply enjoy watching anglers bring in their catch of the day.

We have visited Gulf Shores for 16 years. The very first time we came here on vacation my husband started thinking of buying a condo. We looked several different places but likes Royal Palms. This has been a long time dream, and we are blessed with the ability to own something like this. We have used major rental companies until now, but we think this will be a great way to meet people and enjoy talking/working with our guest. We live in northwest Alabama, in Lawrence Co. where we have a farm with poultry, cattle, and quarter horses. We have three grandchildren and they love to go to the Beach.
Why the Owner Chose Royal Palms
Royal Palms unit # 606 is located next to the Gulf Shores State Park. My husband likes this because we have lots of room to walk, relax in the sun, and just enjoy the beaches. Gulf Shores, Alabama has been our perfect family getaway.
