  This was our third visit to the Naples area, and this is definitely the nicest accommodations we've experienced. Clean, quiet, safe, peaceful and a still close enough that you can be at the beach in 15 or 20 minutes. Nice, large bedroom with a very comfortable bed. And the main bathroom is huge. There were just two of us but the house can easily house a group of six. Be sure to visit the Player's Club & Spa early in your trip so you can see what an amazing facility they have. We went almost everyday and my wife loved the spa services. Besides the big pool, there is also a lap pool, a hot tub and a kiddie pool. A steam room and sauna are available in the main club house. There is a Tiki Bar on site that had great drinks, good food and friendly service. Back to the house, kitchen was large and had a nice stock of cooking utensils. We cooked several meals at home which saved a lot of time and money. And having a washer and dryer on site is invaluable. Nice quality large tv and dvd player allowed us to stay in and watch movies most evenings. Naples is a great area for foodies so definitely check out Roy's Hawaiian Fusion, USS Nemo, Tommy Bahamas, M Waterfront Grille, Bricktop's and Bha Bha Persian Bistro. We would definitely recommend Paradise Palms to our friends and family and we will return soon.

  First impression appears a little tired. Paid for pool to be heated but it remained at sea temperature between 72 to 76 degrees. Too cold for swimming Large TV in seating area did not work (someone called to try and fix the problem but we were out. However we phoned the given telephone number and left a message but had no further contact. The location of the house was good and we enjoyed Lely tremendously. We feel that with a little more attention this could be a very nice property. The main bedroom and bathroom were very good.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  Owner response: We are very sorry that everything was not perfect. We do try to be sure that all is well before guests arrive, but due to painters finishing work the week before, a few things (such as plugging in the TV) slipped through the cracks. I wish we heard about the problem with the maintenance man that we sent before this review. We could have followed up with him ourselves, or found another solution. We have several people on call to respond to issues (though they are seldom needed.) I also wish that our visitors had told us about the pool heat before this review, because a reminder call from us to the pool maintenance people would have rectified this quickly. We will, of course, refund the pool heat cost.

  We stayed for just over 2 weeks last March (2011). We had a wonderful experience..the property was as pomised...lovely, clean, fully furnished...to sum it up it was delightful. We have rented several other times in Falcons Glen, and this was our favorite so far....The owner was easy to work with, and when we requested an additional day, the home owner was wonderful and so accomodating.... I would and actually have recomended this property to another renter we met last March, as well as my Sister and her family. This is a winner, and I would highly recommend it to all who are interested. EM from Minnesota
