You cannot beat the location as this home was built on the best lot in Tyrolean Village. The quietness and beauty of the location offers a wonderful place to relax and get away. It has the BEST LAKE VIEW and is located 2 minutes from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and 8 minutes from the Hyatt Resort and Casino.
This home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus a loft with a king bed. It has three levels and is approximately 4,000 square feet!
MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor features a lake view kitchen and dining room, spacious great room with wood beam vaulted ceilings and huge wood burning fireplace, plenty of seating for socializing, additional living room with 46" flat screen TV (including DISH network & DVD player), full laundry room with washer/dryer, master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom for guests.
UPPER LEVEL:
There are 3 bedrooms plus a loft on the upper level. All bedrooms and the loft have queen beds (one bedroom has 2 queen beds). The upper level alone sleeps up to 10 people!! There is also a full bathroom with double vanity sinks and shower/tub combination. Wake up to AMAZING LAKE VIEWS!!
LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level has another bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom, kitchenette with stove, sink and frig., and a living room with a HUGE 70" TV. It also has a deck with BREATHTAKING LAKE VIEWS!!
There are recreational activities year round in Lake Tahoe including golfing, boating, sailing, hiking, swimming, tennis, fishing and other outdoor activities. Lake Tahoe also offers countless nearby restaurants and shopping locations. During the winter, there are many ski resorts to choose from including Diamond Peak Ski Resort which is located within 1 mile. Other world class ski resorts are less than an hour away: Squaw Valley USA, Northstar at Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Mt. Rose, and Heavenly Valley are all at your disposal.

This vacation home was built because of the view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area. It is nestled in the mountains overlooking Lake Tahoe and offers incredible views of the sunrise over the mountains and sunsets over the lake waters. Some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world have been seen from the deck of this house. As you look down the mountain towards the lake, you will not see another structure until the club house at Incline Village Championship Golf Course.

One of the unique qualities about this house is that it is far from the city lights. You will have the opportunity to star gaze and will see countless shooting stars! Incline Village is a very unique small town with alot of options for you to take advantage of. There are truly awesome restaurants here that will make your stay even more memorable. The summers and winters, springs and falls each offer there own special rewards.

I have been enjoying Lake Tahoe most of my life and learned to snow ski, water ski, fly-fish and other activities while being captivated by this area. Our beautiful home was built by my father, a member of the ski team at UNR many, many years ago. The home was always a little piece of heaven for me because my whole family loved spending time there. Precious memories have been made here and I hope you will build your own here too.
