You’ll be located only a few minutes from the Diamond Peak Ski Resort, close to other world renowned ski resorts such as Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Heavenly Valley, & Northstar at Tahoe, and minutes from the Hyatt Casino & Resort, Tahoe’s best beaches as well as countless restaurants & shopping.
This retreat features 4,000+ square feet on three levels including 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, plus a loft with a king bed, and two levels of enormous outdoor decks overlooking beautiful Lake Tahoe.
MAIN LEVEL:
The main level features a lake view kitchen & dining room, massive outdoor deck, spacious great room with wood beam vaulted ceilings, a large wood burning fireplace, plenty of seating for socializing, additional living room with 46" flat screen TV (including DISH network & DVD player), full laundry room with washer/dryer, and master bedroom with a queen bed & full bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom on the main level for guests.
UPPER LEVEL:
There are 3 bedrooms plus a loft on the upper level. All bedrooms have queen beds (one bedroom has 2 queen beds) with the exception of the loft which has a king bed. The upper level alone sleeps up to 10 people. There is also a full bathroom with double vanity sinks and shower/tub combination. Wake up to amazing lake views!
LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level has one bedroom with a queen bed and one full bathroom, kitchenette with stove, sink, and a living room with a huge 70" TV. There is also a large lower outdoor deck with breathtaking lake views!

This vacation home was built because of the view of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area. It is nestled in the mountains overlooking Lake Tahoe and offers incredible views of the sunrise over the mountains and sunsets over the lake waters. Some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world have been seen from the deck of this house. As you look down the mountain towards the lake, you will not see another structure until the club house at Incline Village Championship Golf Course.
The Unique Benefits at this House
One of the unique qualities about this house is that it is far from the city lights. You will have the opportunity to star gaze and will see countless shooting stars! Incline Village is a very unique small town with alot of options for you to take advantage of. There are truly awesome restaurants here that will make your stay even more memorable. The summers and winters, springs and falls each offer there own special rewards.

I have been enjoying Lake Tahoe most of my life and learned to snow ski, waterski, fly-fish and other activities while being captivated by this area. Our beautiful home was built by my father, a member of the ski team at UNR many, many years ago. The home was always a little piece of heaven for me because my whole family loved spending time there. Precious memories have been made here and I hope you will build your own here too.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tahoe house. It is as advertised: very spacious and the views of the lake are fantastic - even better than the photos can convey. The house doesn't have the very latest in furnishings but it is very comfortable and has a charming "tahoe ski house" decor. the layout is superb with the kitchen, dining area and great room all connected with an open floor plan which keeps everyone feeling connected when you are cooking, eating, lounging, etc... all of these rooms front the wall of windows and deck which is huge and south-facing so you get sun all day. Sue (the owner) was a true pleasure to deal with. From our standpoint, the only thing that was missing was broadband wireless internet access - and i believe that Sue is now working on upgrading from the limited-bandwidth mobile phone-based wireless internet access to a broadband solution. all in all, if your key criteria are fabulous views and a large and comfortable place, you will love this house. thank you Sue.

We loved your home and the view was incredible!!!! My family had such a wonderful vacation and my Mom and Dad loved being up there for their 40th wedding anniversary, they want to go back for their 41st too! We spent alot of time on the deck enjoying the lake and BBQing. At night, we'd turn all the lights out in the house and just star gaze, we saw 7 shooting stars! We're looking forward to next summers visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us Sue. Kevin and Family
