This townhome is new construction completed in 2006. Enjoy modern conveniences, volume ceilings and your own personal elevator from garage to each floor and rooftop balcony. The entire townhome is tiled with no carpet. A boat slip is available directly behind your townhome if you bring your boat.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom for your privacy and convenience. The equipped kitchen is just like home. The balcony off great room allows you to dine in or dine on your private balcony overlooking the pool and water.
Maximum occupancy 6 including children. Please specify number of adults and children in your family.
No pets, no smoking in condo or on balconies. No smokers.
Condo documents speficy rental to lessee and immediate family members only. Rental to multiple families, or unrelated friends in one condo prohibited by condo documents. Two couples travelling together or multiple friends travelling together would be considered multiple families and would not be allow under the condo docs of this property.
