Beautifully updated and maintained 1 BR condo on the ocean! Fully equipped, queen sleeper sofa, microwave, full bath, laundry facilities on ground level, located in Estero Beach and Tennis Club which has lots of beautiful grounds and lounging areas, across the street from restaurants and shopping.
Amenities include pool, tennis, shuffleboard, multiple gas grills, and you are right on the ocean! Just a short bike ride or walk to Lovers Key state park, 20 minutes to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Island offers trolley service to take you to pier for more shopping and sunset festival similar to Mallory Square in Key West! Great restaurants all along the island and on pier, North end of the island has marina to catch Key West Express which is a boat that will take you to Key West for the day or any duration you would like - it's about a 4 hour boat ride. We have seen lots of dolphins from our kitchen window! There is sooo much to do on the island and off! Sanibel is a must for shelling, shopping, sightseeing, and dining! Pinchers tiki bar located in the rear of the Holiday Inn is a short beach walk down and has great cocktails and food and live music! Perfect Getaway!
