Montecristo Estates is a gated community on the Pacific Ocean, situated on the west side of Cabo San Lucas, in the mountains. Our Villa #34 at Montecristo features breathtaking vistas of the Pacific Ocean, the annually migrating whales, the beach, sunrises, sunsets and the light of the moon reflecting off the ocean waves. The villa is set apart from the other villas making it very desirable in its unique location.
This villa has everything you need to have the vacation of a lifetime! The villa is a luxurious “Hacienda-Style” 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom split-level, 4500 square foot (2,800 under roof & 1,700 decks). The master bedroom has its own balcony and terrace, jetted tub, and king bed with a 42 inch plasma TV on the wall. A second bedroom has a king bed, and the third room has two queen beds. There is also a sofa bed downstairs that sleeps two, and the upstairs lounge has a sofa for another, if necessary.
The villa will sleep 8 to 10 people very comfortably. The villa has its own private infinite swimming pool, a BBQ on deck, along with an outdoor Jacuzzi. Inside the villa is central air conditioning, a gas fireplace, DSL computer, DVD, and 5 satellite televisions, with features such as marble floors and baths, walk-in closets, granite kitchen counter tops, and mahogany woodwork throughout the home. The villa has a washer-dryer, a dish-washer, stove with oven & microwave in the ultra-modern kitchen with daily maid service.
Those staying at Montecristo are given "full-access" to all the amenities at the stunning Sunset Beach Resort located below Montecristo. This includes two fine-dining restaurants, three bars, two delis, European health spa and fitness center, coffee shop, market, 16th century chapel, medical center and five pools (all with swim-up bars) with kids activities. There is also a FREE SHUTTLE (on the hour) to and from Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas, with full access to the Pueblo Rose and Blanco resorts. Concierge services are included at Montecristo Estates.

Year Purchased: 2006
My husband and I reside in Montana. The first year we went to Montecristo we went from subzero temperatures in Montana to the warmth and beauty of Cabo San Lucas. We arrived at our villa and were overwhelmed with the spectacular view of the ocean and the migrating whales. The weather was incredible. Since then we have traveled to Cabo San Lucas annually and it is a highlight to experience nature during the winter months of the year. Since the villa has three bedrooms, each with its own ocean view and private bath, it is a great place to share with family and friends. This villa would also work well as a business retreat for co-workers or employees because of the privacy, luxury and beauty of the setting.
Why the Owner Chose Montecristo Estates
We purchased the vacation rental in this location because of the weather, the views and the amenities that are available in the area with activities such as golfing, fishing, sail boating, inflatable rafting and kayaking, para-sailing and jet-skiing.
