It’s less than a two minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island; Cocktail Beach (aka Beach #6), named by those who have enjoyed their evening cocktails while watching the spectacular sunsets and wonderful views of the White Mountains and Mount Washington. The crystal clear waters are great for swimming and/or kayaking. The cottage has a first floor bedroom, master bedroom in the spacious loft, a common room with living and dining space, cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. The front of the cottage has 4 panel sliding glass doors opening onto an expansive deck with barbecue grill, table and chairs. You will fall in love with this beautiful cottage!
