  Spent a week at the condo right after Thanksgiving 2012 and had a great time. Condo is nice size and super clean. Building is in a nice location to get to everything and being able to walk right out on the beach was great. We were not able to use the pools but they look like they would be great fun.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

  Owner response: Thanks! We are constantly looking for ways to make our condo even better. Last weekend we added ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Not sure why pool was unavailable unless maintenance was doing something. The new pool deck with pavers and the hot tub have been a great improvement so yes, the water amenities are fun.   We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning for the winter. Just wish the chairs were more comfortable. You really need a comfy chair when you are there for any length of time. It was clean and well-maintained. The owners were very helpful when we talked with them. We would recommend this property to our friends and family.

  Owner response: Thanks for the response and the feedback. Every upgrade we've made so far has come from similar comments. You may be right about the chair. When we're there, we're on the move so much we seldom take time to sit. This is probably true for weekly rentals as well. However, those staying longer may notice these things. We will certainly check this on our next trip and explore possible solutions. Owners must solicit, listen, and respond to comments in order to improve the "product/service" we provide. Thanks again and we look forward to having you stay with us this winter!

  I stayed at Randy and Brendas unit the last week of August. Upon our arrival they called to make sure our check in went smoothly, and the unit had everything we needed and all was ok, and told me not to hesitate to call if we needed anything at anytime. There was more than enough room for myself, mother and my 2 sons (16 and 10). Nice to have all the extra space and fully equipped kitchen. We will go back for sure and have already told our friends

  wonderful owners, gave good service. called to make sure we did not need anything else. property is as descripted in listing. Beds were excellent. Would recommend to anyone. Great location. We enjoyed our stay and I am sure you will too.

  This was my first time using VRBO and the experience was awesome. We had the best vacation. My sister, brother in law, neice, son, daughter in law, granddaughter, my husband and myself stayed in this room. We had lots of room with everthing we needed for a week away from home. The owners of this room told me everything I needed to know before we got there and the room was exactly as I was told. We did so much, I highly reccomend Angelo's, Original Captain Benjamin's, Thorny's,& Margartaville. The Outlet malls are great. Broadway on the Beach has great fireworks on Tuesday nights. Barefoot Landing is great in the late evening also. Family Kingdom is great for the little ones and the adults that are still young at heart.The lazy river and three pools are great at Grand Atlantic also. What more can I say? Thanks for a great vacation.

  04/11 Couple with kids, stayed for five nights. We can not say enough great things about how nice Mr and Mrs Kincaid are. They are so nice. I had only booked for four nights; however, Had thought I had booked for 5. This was totally my mix up. I called them and luckily it was not a problem. The room was GREAT. The seperate bedroom with tv was a added bonus. We could enjoy our vacation without everone being smushed together. The view from the balcony was so gorgeous. We spent hours watching the ocean. The best vacation we have had. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. Hope we can return soon.

  Condo was great, spacious, and clean. Brenda called to check in on us and make sure things were good.Very nice location. It was close to the mall and grocery stores. The Grand Atlantic was also nice. There were plenty of pools and a great section of the beach directly off from the pools. We were there during the busy 4th of July week and rarely waited on an elevator. There was plenty of parking.

• Grand Time!

  My wife, brother and sister-in-law all spent a week in this Grand Atlantic condo. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, peaceful, with a wonderful view of the ocean! Parking garage wasn't as tight as I expected and we never had a problem finding a spot (late May). The ice cream at the Scooby shop was good, as was security, the pool area, the fitness room, etc. Randy and Brenda were AWESOME to work with, they answered every one of my many questions. Their responses AND actions matched exactly. Would definately recommend to others. I would be happy to advise anyone in a wheelchair regarding getting around this condo and the premises. There are some limitations but overall good accessibility. Thanks for a wonderful time in your Grand Atlantic condo!
