Fall is a perfect time to take a morning or evening walk on the beach - Hey, it's nice walking on the beach any time of day without having to step over people! For our END OF 2009 SPECIAL, we are offering ANY REMAINING WEEK IN 2009 for $550 TOTAL (rent, tax, and cleaning). Stays of less than a week are also reduced to $65/night plus $60 cleaning fee (per visit not per night). Pick your dates and come on down to Myrtle Beach!!!

Beautiful oceanfront condo located near the south end of Myrtle Beach. The resort is just two years old and is loaded with amenities. Being located near many of the best attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer makes this an ideal spot for your next vacation. You can enjoy easy access in and out of the property by four fast elevators from the secure parking deck.
Outdoor amenities include an indoor heated pool and lazy river, and two outdoor pools that are just a few steps from the beach. There is also an exercise room and a convenience store located at the resort. Our 10th floor condo offers magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony.
The room accommodations offer everything you would need for a long stay. There are two double beds in a separate bedroom along with a Murphy bed and a pullout sofa in the main living area. The kitchen is fully finished and there is even a washer and dryer.
The Hard Rock Park, now Freestyle Music Park, reopened on Memorial Day weekend with better, "family friendly" rates. The Park is approximately three miles from the condo. Also, be sure to visit the newly opened Market commons which offers a variety of upscale shopping with names like Ann Taylor, Anthropologie, and Tommy Bahama and restaurants like P. F. Chang's Chinese Bistro (one of our favorites) in an urban village atmosphere.
Golfing is the name of the game at Myrtle Beach with easily more than 100 courses to test your skills. There is no way you could possibly play all of the great courses along the strand during a one week stay. Some of the favorites of our past guests include Wicked Stick near Murrell's Inlet and Tupelo Bay near Garden City. Of course there are many more and some offer special rates. A great Par Three course is about a half a mile from the condo on Ocean Blvd. Turn left as you leave the resort and you're there!
Then there's the food!! There are more restaurants along the Grand Strand than your family could possible eat at during your vacation. Seafood is probably the most popular option but there are choices to suit every taste from burgers, hotdogs, and sandwiches to prime rib, steaks, Italian, Chinese, and Mexican. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault!!! Ask us for some of our recommendations if you've never been to Myrtle Beach.
