The property was designed by Kennedy and Kennedy with a great emphasis on comfort, luxury and simplicity. The home is a U-shapped design with a great room and entertaiment patio as the central piece and focus of the house. The outdoor patio complements the single story centerpiece of this architecture. The patio boasting 5 sets of French doors creating an open feel and relaxing environment. The property also has a detached cabaña/pool room with a full bathroom and sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two people seeking a nice style of intimacy. The outdoor shower allows you to cool off before or after entering the pool. The two bedrooms are off the kitchen and the master bedroom and office are on the opposite side of the U-shaped structure. You will definately enjoy the layout.

We stayed Labor Day weekend for two nights and wanted to stay longer! The home is beautiful and was a perfect retreat after exploring wine country. Especially lovely was the back yard and an outdoor fireplace which we used to make smores while enjoying the fantastic CD collection. It was also very convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen and recommendations by the owner for restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to a return in the future.

A group of 8 girlfriends just stayed here last week, and the photos do not do this house justice! It is amazing and was perfect for our retreat to Napa. The furnishings and kitchen supplies were of the highest quality and there was everything in this house one would ever need on vacation. The pool was huge and the hot tub was great to get into after a hard day of wine tasting and the backyard was very private. The front yard is just as big and even has a few grape vines! The kitchen was amazing and the whole house catered to a social environment as the great room, master bedroom and kitchen open up onto a huge patio by the pool. Carlos had great instructions for everything in the house and was extremely helpful. Location was great, only minutes from Napa town and right off the highway to get you further up the valley. I would definitely recommend this house and can't wait to come back!

I stayed at Villa Del Encanto with a group of friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. From the beginning Carlos, the owner, was very nice and accommodating. His house is absolutely beautiful and had everything you could imagine to have a great time: BBQ, pool, Jacuzzi, surround sound stereo with iPod adaptor, fully equipped kitchen, and a big screen TV-nothing was missing. The home comfortably accommodated 4 couples. We had a great time and are definitely looking forward to contacting Carlos again for another stay at his beautiful Villa!

My husband and a few friends stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th B-day.The house itself is a decorators dream and very comfortable. It has rustic Napa charm and is clean with a very well equipped kitchen and stocked wonderfully with all you need to make a great meal. The sleeping accomodations were fantastic. The bathrooms were so nice with large tiled showers. I honestly did not have one complaint other then I could have stayed longer. The guys played bocce ball while the girls floated around the pool in the late afternoons..... it was fantastic after wine tasting all day. We also enjoyed the patio with the heaters and fireplace. I will stay here again on my next trip to Napa.

Five of us had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It is large, airy, beautifully appointed but feels comfortable and cozy, and immaculate. There is lots of room to spread out. We particularly enjoyed the patio and large private yard. The landscaping and spa made outdoor relaxing such a treat. The kitchen is equipped with every item a cook could desire. The photos here are accurate but don't totally convey the charm of the property. Thank you Carlos, for being available and responsive to our questions, and for making us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Napa Valley.

This is the perfect house for our family of 8. Centrally located, very convenient to downtown Napa, with easy access to the freeway and yet the property provides tranquil seclusion. Huge back and front yards, plenty of room for entertaining. The house is generously stocked and we can't thank Carlos enough for letting us stay there. Villa del Encanto is truly enchanting!

we had a wonderful stay in your home! the house was beautiful and quiet with a great layout. we loved that the kitchen sevice was so stocked with all the dishware we needed. your home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. it was wonderful to come back and enjoy the outdoor area after a 'hard day' of wine tasting. i hope we are able to stay here on all of our Napa visits. the only thing we would change would be to have regular queen beds in all of the rooms, but the twins worked ok. cant wait for our next stay!!

We had the most fabulous time here! Wonderful layout to home and outdoor area. The nicest rental we have ever stayed at in this price range. Every possible amenity and the property always something to do for the children-pool,hot tub, bocci ball, ping pong, & biking by vineyards just up the road.

We are booked to stay at this rental in October but had the opportunity to visit the home to check it out this weekend. The owners were gracious enough to meet us at the property and show us around. They have done an incredible job on this home as they lived there themselves and only recently turned it into a vacation rental. It has every detail you could want and is a very unique, well thought out home. The layout of the home and the land around it will make for a truly relaxing stay. We are very much looking forward to our weekend here.
