I'm a new retired owner and I plan to live in the condo Nov.- April most years. There will be times when the condo will be available during the winter.
Why the Owner Chose Guadiana
Because I have made many friends in SMA and plan to live here at least 6 months a year. Also, after spending time in SMA for several years, I have found the Guadiana neighborhood to be the most safe, quiet, and convenient to restaurants and other activities.
