Why the Owner Chose Minorca
My family chose to buy this condo in New Smyrna because we grew up in Orlando. We have been coming to this beach since we were children. We found Minorca in 2003 and had to have this particular unit. The 8th floor has spectacular views up and down the beach. This is a great family community.

We are a couple in our late 30's. We have owned this condo for six years. We have two school age children. Many of our friends also have units here at Minorca. We love browsing Flagler avenue and shopping and dining at our favorite places.
