Our custom designed home has a beautiful view over the #3 tee of the Long Marsh Golf Course. The pool and lanai are southern exposure benefiting from the warmth of the sun for most of the day. The accommodations are finished to the highest standards with a wealth of lavish features boasting a solar and electric heated swimming pool and spa. All rooms are fully air conditioned consisting of ceiling fans, cable TV, music and intercom systems.
The oversized fully equipped kitchen boasts a host of the latest state-of-the-art equipment including dishwasher, oven, breakfast nook, bar, microwave, fridge freezer with ice and water filter system. The utility room has the latest large front loading washing machine and tumble drier.
The master bedroom offers a 50" plasma cable TV, walk-in wardrobe and dressing area, En-suite bathroom with twin wash basins, large Jacuzzi bathtub and walk in oversized shower and separate water closet. The second bedroom consist of a queen sized bed and office cove. The third bedroom has twin beds.
Our home also offers an extra large pool area, new gas barbeque, and bikes to take advantage of the cycle path through local nature reserve. For the golfing enthusiast you can play the championship length Long Marsh course or four local challenging Rotonda courses, plus a huge selection of courses nearby. The area has many excellent restaurants of every style and price, with Venice, Siesta Key, and Naples just a short drive away where there is live evening entertainment.
You will find shopping nearby at Port Charlotte Mall where you will find all the major outlets and Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda where you can shop and dine on the waterfront.

My wife and I found this house and bought it in ten minutes. It was so beautiful and felt like home. We are from Bucks County, PA and have four children and two grandchildren. We won't be retiring for some time and will only get to use the house a few times a year so we felt like we should share this beautiful home with others.
