We just got back from our Disney vacation and 4 nights at this wonderful home. I have a 3 and 5 year old and they were sad to leave their game room, bunk beds, and swimming pool. Truly 10 minutes away from the parks, and less than 5 to a grocery store and restaurants. This house is spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated. I would definitely stay here again!!

It was truly a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful home, tastefully decorated, excellent arrangement of space, with obvious care given to provide the highest standards of cleanliness, convenience and comfort. But perhaps the best feature of all is the personal attention given by the owners to ensuring that any and all needs and concerns are met, from the initial contact right through to the end of your visit. We would surely stay here again for our next visit to Orlando.

The Perfect Pick For Disney Vacation and More

This home was the perfect choice for our vacation. I brought my son and two grandchildren for a Disney vacation. The location couldn't have been better. It was a short easy drive to Disney and everything else. Parking in the parks was very easy with trams picking you up and taking you to the entrance. We all really enjoyed the lake, community and pools. I felt very safe in this gated community. My son and grandson really enjoyed fishing in the lakes. The home was very clean and in tip top shape. It was much better than the photos portrayed. The floorplan is open and uncrowded. LOVE IT!! The kids loved the game room. Grandma loved the quiet master suite. Everyone was very nice and very responsive to my calls and questions. When the smoke alarm started chirping for a new battery, it was replaced immediately after my call. I WILL rent here again next time without a doubt. This was much better than an expensive small resort room. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

House was even better than description. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. So close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Also very handy to get any where fast. Pool was a big hit very nice to have so close. Owners communication was excellent and part of my reason for picking this rental. Neighborhood was safe and very quite. We loved staying here and would highly recommend!

Great Vacation Home

We stayed here with another family and had 4 adults and 4 small children. The house was really well equipped, everything we needed was there for us. We had ample room, the game room was spacious and the kids spent a lot of time in there. The house was clean and the location was perfect - we were close to everything but the subdivision was both gated and private. The owners were also really nice and helpful with any of our needs. I'd highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Stay Near Disney World

We just stayed in this house last week and had a wonderful experience. There was ample room for two families (four adults and four small children) and we really enjoyed all the amenities including the game room, kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. Also the hosts were very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this place for a quiet location that is close to the Disney Parks and other Kissimmee attractions.

Recommended for:Families with young children, sightseeing.

We are greatful to have found such a great place to stay during our Disney vacation. Home is spacious & has a great layout. This home is beautifully decorated, very clean and very well maintained. We loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood community was. You are very close to the theme parks. It took us only 10 minutes to get to the entrance to Disney World. We can't wait until our next vacation-we will definately be contacting Kathy again! We have recommended this property to several friends & family members already. If you are thinking about renting this home have No Worries-- you will love it :) Kathy is GREAT! She is very friendly & she always got back with us promptly to answer any questions we had.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful ,very spacious and very roomy perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable. The best was there was nothing for little ones to break or get hurt on(no glass tables or nicknacks). It was great to have our own pool to relax in at anytime.Once again kathy thank you for all your help in planning our vacation, you were wonderful to work with. I would recommend your home to anyone. Hopefully we will be coming back again....

Stylish but cozy home away from home

My wife and I stayed at this home in September 2010 with our three small kids and their grandma. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, because of how well furnished and spacious this house was. The house is close to the Disney parks - we returned each afternoon for a dip in the pool and to let the kids nap, and we were still able to return to the parks each evening. We especially enjoyed having life jackets for the kids to use in the pool, the simple but very tasteful decorating, and the separate game room for the kids to play in. The owners were at all times helpful and quick to answer questions. They have provided a very comfortable vacation home that is highly recommended.

Hi Kathy, I just wanted to say thank you for renting us your house in Florida for the week. We had a great time and will be checking it out again in the future. It had everything you could possible want for the week. I love that it was decorated nice but not a lot of stuff on the tables to get knocked off. It was so close to the parks that we were there faster than waiting for a bus at one of the resorts. We loved how quiet it was. We all slept very well. Kathy was very easy to work with. She got back to me with answers to my questions very fast. Thanks again.

WOW! This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large group.. We just returned from a week stay and we had 9 people in the house,, Everyone in our group was so impressed by how nice, roomy and very clean the house was....The photos do not do the house justice,, it is gorgeous inside and out!!! There were even some days we stayed in all day and just enjoyed the inground pool and games.... My dad, who doesnt typically sleep well at night said he has never slept so good on vacation before; every bed in the house slept wonderfully!We were also very close to the Disney Parks and to restaurants/grocery stores. So anything we needed was in good driving distance.... Mrs. Kathy was wonderful to deal with and answered any questions that we had about the house.. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay in Kissimmiee , definetely check them out, you wont regret it! Thanks you Lentz family for allowing us to stay here, this is a family vacation we will always treasure!

We stayed at Kathy & Len's villa for a week in May and loved it. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. The pool was great and we enjoyed sitting out on the lanai playing games. The kids really enjoyed the game room. We had one issue and it was quickly fixed and resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and would stay there again. Thanks!!

Great Place for the Family

We stayed for 5 days in May and the house was great. Close to all the Disney parks, plus restaurants and grocery stores. The house itself was extremely clean and had everything we needed, including an outdoor grill which was a nice extra. A total of 8 (5 adults + 3 kids) of us stayed and we had more than enough room. The kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. Would definitely recommend.

Great Villa

We stayed here in April for a week and found it to be most enjoyable. The home was very clean inside and nicely furnished. Kitchen fully stocked, beds very confortable and plenty of space for a large family. My husband and I stayed here while my daughter/son-inlaw and children were staying at the Nickelodean Resort. The grand children came over and stayed one night with us (Mom & Dad had a special nite out for his B'Day). Grandkids really enjoyed the space and the pool table etc. We only had one problem......pool issue. Kathy was not aware of until we contacted her and they have taken care of that matter. Kathy was most gracious in resolving the issue. Thank-you for allowing us to rent your home. We would definetly stay here again while in the area and do highly reccomend to anyone else. Thank-you again Kathy.

We have just returned from a one week stay at Disney. This house was absolutely perfect for our family. There was plenty of room to relax after a busy day in the parks. The house is just like the pictures that are posted. We enjoyed having a kitchen so we could have breakfast at home in the mornings before heading to the parks. It was wonderful to step out the back door to the pool. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from if you don't want to cook and a grocery store close by. The house is also close enough to the Disney parks that if you have a cranky little one you can run back so that they can grab a quick nap. Kathy and Len have been wonderful to work with on the rental and we are already discussing a return next year. Thanks Kathy and Len for letting us rent your wonderful vacation home!
