The comfortable family room calls you to enjoy your favorite movies and shows on the 42 inch HDTV with DVD player, or relax with the CD music system as you gaze over the open waters, watching the boats and wildlife from inside the unit. The dining room features a hand crafted table with a beautiful chandelier which also overlooks the water and has a separate entry to the lanai.
The full size kitchen comes complete with cooking utensils, electric range, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer and conveniences such as a toaster, coffee maker, mixer and blender. A pantry and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools complete the kitchen area and is the perfect place for a quick meal, and is the 3rd dining area.
