As you enter your luxurious, immaculate 9th floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner/end unit paradise, the sweeping views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico from floor to ceiling sliding glass windows you will know you have found your "paradise in the sky". Located in "Water's Edge" building of Waterside. The 300 square foot screened, fanned lanai offers beautiful sunrise and sunset viewing without direct exposure. The views are beautiful, and are exclusive to this unit. Open up the sliding glass doors and experience the cool breeze, and the soothing sounds of the water. This condo has never been rented or lived in, and has all new furnishings and is tastefully decorated in the "Tommy Bahama" theme. The lanai is fully screened, so feel free to open up the sliding doors to enjoy the comfortable breeze off the water. Every boat that leaves the south end of the island passes directly beneath you, and the wildlife views are spectacular..the dolphins love to show off for you... There is also a wireless TV that can be used on the lanai, in the kitchen, or wherever you go in your the home. Once you see it, you will know why we call it paradise....
The comfortable family room calls you to enjoy your favorite movies and shows on the 53 inch HDTV with DVD player, or relax with the CD music system as you gaze over the open waters, watching the boats and wildlife from inside the unit. The dining room features a hand crafted table with a beautiful chandelier which also overlooks the water and has a separate entry to the lanai.
The full size kitchen comes complete with cooking utensils, electric range, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer and conveniences such as a toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender and all other needed accessories. A pantry and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools complete the kitchen area and is the perfect place for a quick meal, and is the 3rd dining area. The full size laundry area has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The large master suite has an private entry to the lanai, a huge walk in closet, linen closet, and includes 4 post king size bed, 42 inch HD flat screen tv, oversized separate shower, and soaking tub with his and her vanities and separate water closet. The private guest area includes a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, 32 inch HD flat screen TV, and immense closet space, along with a 3rd bedroom/office complete with full size convertible, large writing desk, large closet. wireless and broadband internet access, color printer and full size writing desk! The guest area features a seperate full bath. Both rooms also have direct access to a 2nd private lanai with direct views of the Estero Bay, the Gulf of Mexico and Lover's Key state park.
