Comcast provided the telephone, television and wireless. The telephone and the television went out at least 3 times in the first week. The internet was terrible. You had to be in the bedrooms and and did not connect much of the time. It was spotty to say the least. . The condo was furnished with all the cookware you could want and had beach chairs and umbrellas in the locker.
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners.

It was so nice to be able to take our dogs with us on the beach and stay with us in this wonderful condo. It was just as advertised, plenty of room and a beautiful empty beach! Perfect weather and the beach toys in the closet downstairs was great. A short walk and elevator ride, and there you are! Been going to Sanibel for 28 years, and it was great to have the litle guys with us. Our Golden was a beach baby from the get go and brought us so many wonderful people to share our vacation with. We are almost sure to be back!
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing.

We absolutely loved this place! The unit was clean and well stocked with anything you may need. The Bed in the Master was very comfortable and the unit was exactly as they unit appeared in the pictures. The best thing was that we could bring our little dog who just loved to swim in the ocean. And on top of that having the storage closet with Beach Chairs, umbrellas and floats was definetly a plus! But of course just being able to walk out your door and walk a short distance to the Beach was the best of all. We will be back and hopefully bring some Family & Friends with us. Thank you so very much.

Wonderful condo. Nicely decorated and close to the beach. This was our second stay here with our kids@ and it was great to be able to bring our dog. We will definitely be back!

Sanibel Island is an awesome place with beautiful beaches,nice restaurants,and great shops. Staying at this property was very wonderful. Its spacious,pretty decoration,and clean. The owner was helpful and answered all the questions we had,also the property was well maintained and organized,the pictures on the internet are exactly how the house is and all the information that they have on the property is true. This property is recommended to friends and relatives because it suits everybody. Anyways,its also pet friendly which is great for those families that cant live without their pets. It will be a relaxing,fun time,and an awesome vacation!!

We stayed here off season in June 2011. It was great that we could bring our dog and our kids had a blast on the beach. The apartment was decorated nicely and everyting worked fine. We have been to Sanibel several times; we drive over from the east side of Florida. The beaches are nicer here and the sunsets are great. Our kids enjoy the seashells and all of the bike paths Sanibel has to offer. We were disappointed in Island Beach Club because it lacks any tropical ambiance; it's basically a rectangular set of buildings on the beach. It has a very poor layout for a beachfront propety. Some of the buildings have a good view of the gulf, but many have no view unless you stand on the corner of your patio (such as this one). I would NOT recommend staying in buildings A or B.....they are simply too far back and are blocked by other buildings. Building D is the best place if you're going to stay at Island Beach Club. It was nice that we could bring our dog but I wouldn't stay at Island Beach Club again. I would like something with a little more of a tropical feel to it.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo so close to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I liked having a separate laundry room and fast wireless internet. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard and taking long walks on the beach and those amazing sunsets. The closet in the covered parking had everything we needed for the beach including chairs and umbrellas. Favorite restaurants - Traders and Doc Fords. Lighthouse Cafe for breakfast and Jacaranda for happy hour. Ding Darling is a must see. We would recommend this condo to everyone wanting a relaxing and comfortable place to stay on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.

Just a quick note from a guys point of view. This is a great condo 1St off you have covered parking to keep your car cool and a large dry a lockable storage area behind it . Walk upstairs you have a nice 2/2 with a King size bed in the master I slept better than in my own house. Master bath has a great shower plenty of hot water, good pressure plus a full size toilett. 2nd bedroom was nice 2 twins that my son slept on and we never heard a peep. The second bath was great and this unit has the softest towels. My wife was very happy with the kitchen and utensils. Good size living room with cable TV ,VCR and DVD oh it has a good size screened in patio and floor to ceiling windows thru the living room area. The condo is very clean mostly tile with some carpet. The pool is nice but few people were ever at it :) The condo is about 200ft from the beach and our Lab (Sandy) loved running down the beach. We stayed over the 4th of July and it was never crowded. Make sure to bring your bike Sanibel has miles of trails. My favorite restaurant was Grandma Dots at the marina( great grouper )my wife loved the Green Flash in Captiva (dont order the crunchy grouper) and my son of course loved Pinocchio Ice cream :):):) Over Easy for any meal is a good choice with a outside dog friendly patio.

Beautiful condo, felt like home. As Florida residents, it is nice to play tourist by enjoying the sand and water. Our son and his girlfriend drove from Fort Lauderdale, along with their tiny dog Lucy, and joined us for a nice getaway.
