Great location for a wonderful gameday weekend! Within walking distance of Bryant Denny Stadium and gameday festivities. Property is at ground level and located on the front of the complex. Complex has a security code entrance. Age requirement of 25.
New hardwood, new dishwasher, stove and microwave.
All linens provided.
Football weekend rates includes two nights. Additional nights are $250.00 a night. Cleaning fee is an additional $75.00.

10/16 Mississippi -- $900.00
11/13 Mississippi State -- $700.00
11/20 Georgia State -- $700.00

Our furnished condo is available for rent daily, weekly or monthly throughout the year. Monthly rates do not include electricity, water or linens. Monthly rates not available September thru December.
We accept checks and money orders. Deposit of $500.00 must be placed to hold your reservation with full payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
