The decks are where most people relax in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Covered seating at water's edge is the place to watch the goings on of nature and man.

Why the Owner Chose Chattanooga
We purchased this second home because of it's close proximity to our main residence. However, we did take into account that this part of the Tennessee River system is conducive to enjoying all life on the lake can be. Nature watching, boating and the calming effect of the water.
The Unique Benefits at this House
One of the things my family likes best is the fact that you have many choices on getting wet. The lake, the pool or the hot tub. Our place can also be enjoyed any season. Wood burning fireplaces inside and out are perfect for warming your cockles even in the dead of winter.
