The Bowman Chateau is a new home. It has two buildings a Main house and Guest house totaling 3,000 sq. ft. with ample parking for 6 cars. The 3-story Main house features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. A Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom located on the top floor. Laundry area with washer and dryer, A spacious living room with rock fireplace and big screen TV. The gourmet kitchen has every amenity plus stately granite countertops, large center island and hardwood floors. Both kitchen and dining flow nicely to the living room, perfect for entertaining a crowd.
The lower story has game room, with 2 TV’s, pool table, foosball table, shuffle board table, poker table, dart board and large wet bar. Home has central air and heat.
The guest house features 2 bedroom, and full bathroom. There are 5 beds.
Also includes 7 decks for outdoor lounging. Includes one extremely large deck. Large propane BBQ and regulation size Horse Shoe pit with sitting area.
Owner does not provide linens.
Numerous cable TV’s., DVD players, stereos and a IPod dock.
The Crestline Area is a 15- 20 minute drive up Highway 18 from San Bernardino. Highway 18 is 2 lanes each direction from San Bernardino to the Crestline turn-off (Hwy. 138). Crestline is 15 to 20 minutes from both Lake Arrowhead and Lake Silverwood, 25 to 30 minutes to Running Springs, and 40 to 45 minutes to Big Bear or Wrightwood.
Lake Gregory has fishing year round. Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend the lake is open for swimming and sunbathing. There is a 300 foot water slide and available for rent are kayaks, row boats, paddle boats, and fishing boats.
Crestline has a Bowling Alley, Skate park, Library, Basketball and Tennis courts. There is a walking path that runs around the lake approx. 3 miles.
In winter, you can ski at Snow Valley in Running Springs, Mountain High in Wrightwood or Snow Summit and Bear Mountain in Big Bear.

We rented this property for my daughter's wedding recently. It's exactly what we wanted! Plenty of room to get ready for the event and at a reasonable price. We did see plenty of cobwebs and lots of spiders! Yuk! For the spendy cleaning fee of $150 the cleaning people should at least look up for the webs! We all had a wonderful time and it was a beautiful property!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
