This is the perfect opportunity to rent a wonderful beachfront condominium on very special St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Sapphire Beach is located just half a mile from Red Hook, home to numerous shops, restaurants, bars,and the ferry to St. John. The property has a large marina offering sailing trips, power boat trips, jet ski rentals, fishing charters, and more. The large pool is absolutely beautiful, there are a couple of tennis courts, and beach toy/small boat rentals are also available. But the true beauty of life here is chilling at this beachfront condo with incredible views, inviting breezes, and awesome snorkeling right outside your door.
As for this particular unit, it is probably the best location on the property. It is right next to the pool and directly on the beach, while still being close enough to the marina to make your boating easy. The large groups of people tend to congregate at the far left end of the beach, versus this particular "right" side of the beach. So it stays much quieter here than most of the other units that are available.
Condition of the property is excellent due to far less use than comparable units. More photos are also available upon request. We use our own reliable housekeeping to assure the unit is extremely clean for your arrival. We provide fresh linens and extra towels for you. Mid week cleanings are available upon request for an extra charge, as is stocking of groceries or other needs you may have.
The owners have always used this privately and have not had it available for rentals on VRBO or elsewhere. They are just now (August 2009) making it available. The unit is managed by a local couple that owns Real Solutions Real Estate and Management Services- Kirk Boeger and Cara Jo Hinton. They are very experienced with short term rentals and are extremely familiar with the islands in general. They have lived between St. John and St. Thomas for over 25 years combined and are able to answer every question about your vacation, not just about this particular unit. And they are readily accessible via cell phone, email, or text. So you can count on being very happy not only with the unit, but also with the service and questions you may desire for your vacation. The owners consider this a HUGE advantage over other rentals you find on VRBO, as it is professionally managed by locals whose job it is to give you the perfect vacation. And Kirk and Cara absolutely love the islands and want nothing more than to share its splendor with you.
We have priced this unit very aggressively. You will see that this is the best priced at Sapphire Beach Resort. Make sure you notice the difference with some of the other condos offered on this page. Sapphire Beach Resort is the most desirable of the units on property due to its location, age, and design. There is a big difference between Crystal Cove or Sapphire Village and Sapphire Beach Resort. So make sure you understand these differences, with regard to design, age, and location. This unit is the best offer within Sapphire Beach Resort, as well.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Tons of palm trees line the beach, offering well deserved shade. The white sand beach is incredible, as nice as any other location in the world. And the snorkeling right off the beach is fantastic. This property is also very close to many great restaurants and bars.

What a great location. This was our second trip to St.thomasthis year, and we wanted aplace on the beach. This condo was perfect. Step out on the balcony and you are surrounded by 180 degrees of ocean. Sapphire beach is lovely, and laid back. The condo s modestly yet comfortably furnished. The full kitchen was great. plenty of towels, and a large bathroom with double sinks. There was even a small selection of liquor in the cabinets. A large king bed. the roomkept very cool with the ac. The large sun deck made for spectaculer views of the other islands, sunrises, and sunsets. The only issue we had was that one of the knobs in the bath was difficult to turn off and needs to be replaced. I cannot imagine a nicer condo for the price. It is about a half mile from Redhook, so catching the ferry to St. John is a breeze. the beach in front of the condos has a decent reef for snorkeling. The pool area is great,though the poolbar is boarded over. No worries though, just walk another 500 feet up the beach for beachside food and drink service. For dinner, head in to Red Hook to eat at Duffy's love shack, and definitely have the jerk chicken nachos and one of their unusual and whisically cupped drinks: served in a tiki mug, giant glowing godzilla, or many other cool keepsake glasses. the sushi bar in red hook was also great, though the name escapes me, it offered unique and delicious rolls. We found that renting a car is more pleasant and affordable than taking the taxis. The island is MOUNTAINOUS, and you donot want to be walking aound at night in some areas. Driving to the left is a challenge, but part of the fun. Still, if you plan on drinking a lot, stick with the taxis.St Thomas is pure paradise. Do take the time to visit trunk bay in St. John, and do a little shopping. The location of the condo is a plus if you plan on visiting the other islands, because of the close proximity to the ferries. Downtown Charlotte Amalie and Yacht Haven Grande are a bit further out, about a 15 min drive.
