Welcome to Sandy Chic! Memories await in our freshly renovated, beautifully decorated home! If you are looking for a cheap beach shack, or party pad please don't bother inquiring. This home has fine furnishings, beach antiques and a Nantucket feeling in Florida. We only want respectful renters interested in staying in a true home away from home. You will arrive to a beautiful new kitchen with hardwood floors throughout. The house has a separate dining area overlooking the beautiful Guana State Nature Preserve and livingroom overlooking the Altantic. The 3 full bathrooms have been completely renovated and there are 4 bedrooms which have fresh, hi-quality linens, fresh towels and comfortable beds. The oceanfront master bedroom features a plush king bed and private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is also on the ocean and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The kids' room has two bunk beds, lots of games, and a full bathroom.

"Sandy Chic" is nestled between the soft sands of South Ponte Vedra Beach and The Guana State Park. Stroll for sea shells and sharks teeth along this desolate strip of beach or drop a line for surf fishing. The beach is usually full of sea life and free of people. It may be days before you see someone on the beach. Keep an eye out for the sea turtle patrol atop their 4 wheel drive ATVs. Our family was fortunate enough to witness a sea turtle nest hatch.

We are a few miles from wonderful restaurants, a convenience store and about 10 minutes to major shopping areas. Only 20 minutes away is historical St. Augustine. While there, enjoy a horse drawn carriage through cobblestone streets. The St. Augustine Alligator Farm is about 20 minutes away. A fun day trip might be to Disney World or Sea World in Orlando, only 2+ hours from the house.
