In order to best serve our visitors, the State of Hawaii requires that all owners have an on-island property rental management firm and we have selected Destination Resorts Hawaii as our designated company. Servicing Wailea owners and their guests for over 30 years, we have found that this Wailea-based company can quickly react to any needs or concerns that our guests may have, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are members of the Better Business Bureau, Maui Chamber of Commerce, Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau and Maui Visitors Bureau, Wailea Resort Association and the Maui Film Festival. Destination Resorts Hawaii is simply not a property management firm, but involved and active in the community, giving back and volunteering in a wide range of community activities.
Their guest care program encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge and Emergency Repair Services.
Our guests check in 24-hours a day with a live person, not fumble with a lockbox or emailed instructions. During your stay, assistance is available from the Reception Office seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries.
When booking our unit, there are no additional check-in, check-out or cleaning fees. Included in our daily rate is a Deluxe Housekeeping Service which is provided every 3 days by a professional staff, many whom have been with the company and servicing our unit for many years. Deluxe Housekeeping includes complete vacuuming of the condominium, change of bed linens, cleaning of the lanai tabletops and floors, exchanging soiled bathroom towels, cleaning of bathrooms and restocking of bath amenities, cleaning of kitchen and loading dishwasher, removal of trash, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning countertops and tabletops. If you prefer more frequent service, Daily Housekeeping can also be provided for an additional fee.
Complimentary services include a welcome amenity of Hawaiian coffee and condiments, self parking, hi-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, dish and laundry detergent and island scented soaps, shampoo and lotion.
Their Ho’okipa (Hospitality) Desk is operated by Club Sophisticate; a State licensed Travel Agency & Activity Center, with more than 60 years of combined experience. As members of the Hawaii Visitors and Convention bureau and the Wailea/Makena Concierge Guild, they provide expert information and personalized service for all your vacation needs including all activities, snorkel & beach gear rentals, golf, dining, maps, massage, local insider tips, grocery delivery, car rental and much more. You can save precious vacation moments since they can assist you with making advance arrangements utilizing their free, in-house Concierge to ensure your favorite activities, when you want them.
In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team can be dispatched 7 days a week, even for the smallest correctable issues such as appliance repairs or plumbing incidents. And a manager is on duty and on call 24-hours a day to coordinate any emergency repairs, an added assurance should this ever occur in the middle of the night.

In celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary, my wife and I decided to fulfill our dream of visiting the island of Maui. It was even more beautiful than we could have imagined! Our original intent was to venture out to see most parts of the island. When we arrived at Wailea Ekahi, we realized that most of our expectations could be met on the site! Our living room, which opened up to a quaint balcony, had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The bedroom balcony, which faces the opposite direction, has an incredible view of Haleakala Volcano. The oceanside pool and pavillion was where we spent many evenings watching the sunset. The lush vegitation that covers the grounds is a habitat for many beautiful birds that dwell there. We enjoyed watching and listening to them! The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils and had a nice propane grille on the patio, where we grilled steaks and fish. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable! Wailea Ekahi is coveniently located near great shopping, restaurants and golf. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already discussing the possibility of returning next year!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

THIS IS IT! If you are looking for a beautiful condo with breathtaking oceans views in one of Maui’s most upscale areas, this is the condo for you. My family and I recently stayed there and loved it so much. It has everything you want and need (big flat screen TV in the den, nice stereo in the dining room, wonderful BBQ grill in the lanai, nice down pillows) plus much more! The vaulted ceilings give the place a light, airy feel. What makes this condo stand out, though, is the ocean views set against tall palm trees, colorful flowers, and lush green grounds. This condo has the best ocean views from the lanai, den, and kitchen. Wait until you see the sunsets!! Plus you can’t beat the privacy and the quietness found here. Of course, the beach is spectacular! There were families dotted here and there, not at all crowded and loud like other beaches we’ve been to. We truly were saddened to leave. We will definitely be back though. If you have a chance to stay at this jewel of a condo, do it! You will be glad you did.

We just recently returned from our vacation on Maui where we stayed at this condo. We had seen the pictures prior to leaving so we had some idea of what to expect when we got there, but the condo surpassed our expectations. This was our first time staying in a condo instead of a hotel. I don’t think we will ever go back to staying at hotels if we can find a condo as nice as this. My wife and I felt like we were at home the entire trip, making it very relaxing for us. We never had to worry about where we were going to eat because of the kitchen and fabulous grill. We had everything we would find at our own home right there, while staying in paradise. The views from the lanai were spectacular and what I will miss the most. The view looks out over a well-manicured lawn with spectacular flowers all around. In the distance is the Pacific Ocean, which provides an incredible view of the sunset each night. The complex has multiple pools that range from quiet to family-oriented to suit your preference. The biggest benefit though is the location of the beach. Just a short walking distance from the condo is one of the best beaches on Maui. We found it to be quiet and spacious compared to other beaches in the area. We could find an area for our beach mats and not be within 50 feet of anyone else on the beach. It was a great place for long walks during sunsets or later in the moonlight. Wailea is a great location when staying on Maui, as it is close to most everything you would want to do on the island. The condo is close to shops and restaurants, in case you get tired of cooking on the grill out on the lanai. We cooked out there almost every night and just took in the great view. Overall, this was the vacation of a lifetime, and if we are fortunate enough to be able to vacation in Maui again, this will be the only choice for us.

Rick was extremely helpful during our stay. The property was beautiful and our condo 12-E was lovely. We will definitely love to return to the same property in the future. My daughter and her new husband were fortunate enough to get to stay in the same condo after we checked out and they thoroughly enjoyed it as well.
