This was our family's first trip to Branson, and we found this home to be beautiful and a great location! We wanted to be off of the strip, yet close enough to travel to Silver Dollar City and downtown Branson. This was the perfect mid-way point. Bruce and Sharyn were lovely to work with, and the home has everything you can possibly need. We especially appreciated the amenities of the kitchen, as we tend to cook a lot due to food allergies. The pictures for the listing are very accurate, and the property was very clean and well-maintained. My husband and I walked through a lot of Pointe Royale, and we decided that this unit was the one with the best view of the lake, and also very secluded and private-feeling. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 adults and 1 child and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is beautifully decorated and comes with all the amenities we needed. The playground and the path to Lake Taneycomo are literally right by the condo. The screened in porch was really nice for early morning coffee and evening quiet time. Point Royale is a very nice community that is convenient to all the Branson attractions. I hope to stay here again soon.

We had a great time, liked the condo setup very well and the owners have thought of everything you could need and have it available if needed. Plus for us with 3and5year-old was playground right by unit. We could see three couples staying here also due to three baths. The pool area is beautiful and has both indoor which we used and outdoor which was not available for use yet. Too early in season. There is a nice outdoor kiddie pool. We definitely plan to stay here again if we come to Branson.

This condo is absolutely stunning. Tastefully decorated. The view is outstanding. The condo has all the amenities of home. We couldn't have asked for anything more except for a few more days in Branson. We have been staying in Pointe Royale for the past 4 years and this is the BEST rental we have stayed in by FAR. KUDOS to the owners for making this place a home away from home. We will be returning guests!!

We were very pleased with the accommodations at this condo. Our family has traveled to Branson for many years and experienced various condo and hotel stays. Without a doubt, this condo was the highest quality of any place we have stayed. The condo was well equipped and furnished and the owners were very informative and responsive to our requests. Overall, the experience indeed exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend it and look forward to returning to this same place on our next visit to the area. Thank you so much!

I am very picky as to what I pay for so please read carefully. Once there i noted that the community is gated and a guard on duty at all times so security was above par. Most of the area looks very upper crust in condition and landscape. Once at this unit I noted the outer condition of the building to be one of the poorest. It was not all that bad but looked nehglected compared to the rest of teh area. it is hard on materials to be so close to the water and this is about 120 feet off Tanycomo. The entry to the unit had poorly finished woodwork. a door had been removed and the frame was left with hinge marks and old rough looking wood. Cement stained from time and spills on stairs giving it a really bad first inpression. Once inside which was on second floor the condo was roomy and iopen. colors great and nice set up. on compaint I had is that this was two days after holloween and the decor was set up for Christmas already. i love Christmas but truley hate it when the table is set with christmas ware and decorations are up that soon. I had to take the dishes and put them away. A nice fall decor would have been much better and timely. Made it seem backward and cheap. the rest of teh inside furnishings were really good. the beds were way aabove apr and again I am picky. Plenty of room for the four of us. the loft upstairs has the second king so if you have any issues with stairs keep in mind the second floor and the loft access but if not the set up is great. Bath rooms in each room with kings downstairs very roomy up about average. there is a shared bath down that is next to third bathroom. Deck (screened) looks out over Tanycomo and it was a shame that the useless old railing had been left on the outside of the sreen panels blocking about half the view ( the best half). In short a few easy steps and this would have been rated a fiive instead of a four. Keep in mind when I travel I stay in quality hotels for over night and condos for longer stays. I expected a little more for the money I paid but then it was a much better deal that two hotel rooms and Branson is atrouist attaction area, i myself go for the view and water access. If you are a trout fisherman all the negatives disappear. Nice setting, poor choice of decor for this time of year, great beds, clean, roomy, supper location. enough said.

Owner response: The railings on the lower half of the screened porch are left on for safety purposes as required by the Property Owners Association While they may obstruct some of the view, they prevent someone from pushing through the screen and falling to the ground two stories below. With reference to the Holiday decor, the Christmas season in Branson begins the first of November and we choose to be a part of the community festivities.

My family and I recenly stayed several enjoyable and relaxing nights in a wondeful condo right on Lake Taneycomo. We have gone to Branson many times over the past several years. Pointe Royale has been a favorite area of ours to stay. Our condo was very nice. The beds were super comfortable. We like to fish for trout and play golf. Both of what we needed was right there for us to enjoy. I really loved our condo and can't wait to visit again!!! Ian Bullen Broken Arrow, OK

Just got back from spending 5 nights over the Labor Day weekend at Bruce & Sharyns beautiful condo. Condo was even more than what we expected. Beautifully decorated,great location,and they supply everything you need. Back porch overlooks Lake Tanneycomo and we would sit and have cocktails and watch people catching trout..Best location in Branson close to shows and restaurants.Would highly recommend this condo.

Property is in view of Lake Taneycomo which is not common for nice condo's like this one. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

This condo is the cleanest we ever stayed at. Nice touches we did not expect like chocolate, popcicles, and lots of kitchen extras. Owners are extremly nice and caring people. They are on top of anything that might go wrong with condo while staying there. Pool area is really nice also, as is the entire resort. We truly enjoyed our Branson stay. We would defenitly recommend this property to friends and relatives.

The 3-bdrm condo was better than described online. The owners had thought of everything from having treats - paper plates - extra bedding - great kitchen supplies - etc. I would definitely be a cheerleader for this condo and others they represent as their word was gold. I met them personally and can tell you they are pleasant, honest, and trustworthy folks. They work hard to be the best! The location was great - close enough to the busy 76 strip and far enough to enjoy all that nature has to offer (Taneycomo Lake in our backyard along with some songbirds and time for serenity.) You will not be disappointed!

First time traveling with 1 year old

We loved our condo. This was the first time our 1 year old grandson had been away from home and he did wonderful in the condo. The photos were completely acurate and we all felt right at home. We had 6 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child and had plenty of room. My husband and I ate breakfast one morning in the clubhouse and it was wonderful. The owners were extremely easy to work with and the best part was the chocolate provided for us when we arrived!!! All us girls were thrilled!!!

Thank you Bruce and Sharyn. Your condo is exactly as described and even more. There were two old folks, and two couples with young children, and your condo was perfect for our needs. Close to everything we wanted to do, and quiet and relaxing as well. We did a lot of cooking due to food allergies, and we found the kitchen to be well stocked and convenient. We will defintely be back.

We have stayed in this condo before. It is very clean and well maintained. The description and pictures are accurate. It has all the comforts of home. If you like to prepare some of your meals, the kitchen is well stocked. The owners are very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. All details in the listing were accurate. There was plenty of room to accomodate us and the location of the unit inside the resort is ideal. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the playground is right outside the entry, perfect if you have children along! Everything was spotless and all the necessities were thoughtfully included. We will be contacting these owners again when planning a stay in the area!

Branson provided a great location for a friend reunion with people coming from Kentucky and Texas, and also had lots to do for adults and children to keep us entertained throughout our stay. The condo provided wonderful extras and a nice bit of peace and tranquility sitting by the lake. The owners were great at communicating with us before our visit and the condo was laid out perfectly for socializing and spending time together. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!!

all rooms large, unitl clean, completely 'ready to live in'. only drawback is that the jacuzzi in the master bedroom was not operable. this was reported following completion of stay, as didnt elect to report to managers during a holiday weekend , as everyone deserves a 'holiday'.

Owner response: The issue with the jacuzzi tub has been addressed and it is operating properly. Maintenance issues are resolved as soon as we are notified.

Great Thanksgiving weekend

We stayed in this condo over Thanksgiving weekend and had a great time. Everything thing in the description is very accurate. I would say it looks better in person than what the photos show. The screened in deck was a perfect place for coffee in the mornings. The whole property was well maintained and spotless. Having never rented a VRBO property before I really did not know what to expect. The owners of this one were very easy to work with,just a few e-mails and everything was set. They even mailed me an item that was left behind after we left. Another plus is the great trout fishing just steps from your door, if you enjoy flie fishing this is the place to be. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Branson.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo very much. It was very large and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. With three large bedrooms, there was plenty of room. The view in the back was beautiful at this time of year and probably even better when the weather is warm enough to enjoy the screened in balcony. Bruce and Sharyn were very helpful and responsive.

We just spent 5 nights in this beautiful condo. We had lots of room and my teen kids loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice..it is beautiful and very clean. The location is great, right by the water and yet so close to the strip. Bruce and Sharyn have thought of every little amenity and they were great to work with. Stay here and you won't be disappointed!!!

Took my grandchildren to Branson. This condo has easy access to both White Water and Silver Dollar City. Orginally rented their two bedroom condo but there was a problem with the air conditioner and the hosts allowed us to stay in their three bedroom condo. The pictures do not do justice to the condo, it is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. They have everything you need (plus) in the condo. I have stayed in many vrbo condos and I have never seen one so well supplied The pool at the condo is great and they even have a life quard. Would recommend to anyone, young or old--it is a beautiful place to stay.

What a perfect condo. What a perfect spot. Condo is not only beautiful and in a great location, but you would have to really look hard to find a speck of dust! From the pictures, we expected a nice place to stay, but it far exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in many vrbo homes and condos over the years and this by far was one of the best. Also, we booked this at the last minute and Bruce was not only accomodating, but really easy to work with. Thank you Bruce. Thank you VRBO.

What a great condo! We enjoyed a short vacation to Branson, and the accommodations were definately one of the highlights. The condo was Incredibly nice and clean, exactly as the pictures show. Bruce & Sharyn were wonderful to work with. It's obvious they enjoy this condo with attention given to even the smallest detail. I have rented several times through vrbo.com, and this experience was the best so far. You can't go wrong with condo!!

I'd like to recommend the property and the owners to anyone interested in staying in Pointe Royale. Our transaction was handled very efficiently and the condo is immaculate. We enjoyed the location right on Lake Taneycomo with a view of the fishermen right off the screened in deck. The paved path down to the river is next to the condo so our guys were able to be fishing within minutes of arriving at the condo. It's also a very short drive to the dam if you prefer fishing there. The condo was very well equipped and every imaginable cooking utensil and appliance was available. There is even a set of Christmas dishes! Pointe Royale is a little off the beaten path but very assessable to all the Branson attractions. The clubhouse, pool and golf course are an added bonus!

I stayed here with my husband, two sons (ages 4 and 2), my parents, and my youngest brother while visiting with my other brother and his family. The condo had plenty of room for visiting. My 4yo really enjoyed eating and playing on the screened balcony. The kitchen was very well-stocked, including a crockpot. With the extreme heat in Branson during our stay, it was nice to be able to use the crockpot to cook our meals. We will definitely be intersted in booking this condo again the next time we go to Branson.

This top floor unit was very well appointed. The beds were comfortable the unit is very, very clean. For my family it was in a perfect location. It is far enough off the "strip" that you can get about anywhere without fighting traffic but it is only 10 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 10 Minutes from Dixie Stampede great access to both ends of Branson! Very nice!!!

Spent a week in this very nice condo,very clean,condo equipped with everything one should need.Fly fishing is great just out back caught many nice rainbows.This was the best vacation I have ever spent looking forward to coming back !!!
