In order to best serve our visitors, the State of Hawaii requires that all owners have an on-island property rental management firm and we have selected Destination Resorts Hawaii as our designated company. Servicing Wailea owners and their guests for over 30 years, we have found that this Wailea-based company can quickly react to any needs or concerns that our guests may have, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are members of the Better Business Bureau, Maui Chamber of Commerce, Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau and Maui Visitors Bureau, Wailea Resort Association and the Maui Film Festival. Destination Resorts Hawaii is simply not a property management firm, but involved and active in the community, giving back and volunteering in a wide range of community activities.
Their guest care program encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge and Emergency Repair Services.
Our guests check in 24-hours a day with a live person, not fumble with a lockbox or emailed instructions. During your stay, assistance is available from the Reception Office seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries.
When booking our unit, there are no additional check-in, check-out or cleaning fees. Included in our daily rate is a Deluxe Housekeeping Service which is provided every 3 days by a professional staff, many whom have been with the company and servicing our unit for many years. Deluxe Housekeeping includes complete vacuuming of the condominium, change of bed linens, cleaning of the lanai tabletops and floors, exchanging soiled bathroom towels, cleaning of bathrooms and restocking of bath amenities, cleaning of kitchen and loading dishwasher, removal of trash, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning countertops and tabletops. If you prefer more frequent service, Daily Housekeeping can also be provided for an additional fee.
Complimentary services include a welcome amenity of Hawaiian coffee and condiments, self parking, hi-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, dish and laundry detergent and island scented soaps, shampoo and lotion.

As members of the Hawaii Visitors and Convention bureau and the Wailea/Makena Concierge Guild, they provide expert information and personalized service for all your vacation needs including all activities, snorkel & beach gear rentals, golf, dining, maps, massage, local insider tips, grocery delivery, car rental and much more. You can save precious vacation moments since they can assist you with making advance arrangements utilizing their free, in-house Concierge to ensure your favorite activities, when you want them.
In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team can be dispatched 7 days a week, even for the smallest correctable issues such as appliance repairs or plumbing incidents. And a manager is on duty and on call 24-hours a day to coordinate any emergency repairs, an added assurance should this ever occur in the middle of the night.

My family and I have spent a week in this particular unit at Wailea Ekahi and enjoyed every minute. The amenities and and furnishings were as comfortable, clean and nice as they appear here. It was great to have all the electronic capabilities to keep everyone happy. The view was terrific and we particularly enjoyed whale watching right from the Lanai! -with binoculars of course. The gardens of the property are beautiful and the pool areas lovely and clean. It's convenient to shopping and activities. The owners are lovely people and accommodating. I have mentioned to several friends that I know the place they should stay when they're ready to head to Maui: this is it.

my fiance and i spent a week here. wonderfully upgraded kitchen, 60 second walk to the beach and easy access to shopping, dining and golf. the unit was was in excellent condition and afforded lovely views with second story patio looking west. The property includes a great pool and barbecue facilities immediately adjacent to the beach. a walkway just off the beach goes to local hotels and restaurants. no driving after sunset cocktails required. while we didn't spend any time watching tv, there is equipment for both tv and movies and internet access. a wonderful spot we will use again.

My family stayed here for 2 weeks in June and just loved it! The place was clean, airy, and had a wonderful view. As a matter of fact, the pictures of the view don't do it justice! I spent almost every afternoon watching the sunset from the patio and it NEVER got old. My in-laws joined us for the first week (bringing the occupancy up to 6) and it never seemed crowded. The description is very accurate and all the amenities were in good working order. The kitchen was well equipped, modern, and clean. The big screen TV was nice in the evenings to relax and let the kids watch a movie. The wi-fi was also nice when we needed to connect with the outside world now and then. The air conditioning worked well, but we often preferred to open the windows and just let the tropical breeze gently blow through the place. The beach and pool down below were perfect for spending the day, and the kids really liked going back and forth from the pool to the ocean (only about ten steps away). The sand at the beach was "sugar smooth" and we always felt safe in the area. The owners were always available to answer questions and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay a memorable one. The place is only about 15 minutes away from Makena beach (one of our favorites), and was also close to great restaurants like the Monkey Pod. I cant think of a better place to spend time on Maui!

Have been fortunate to stay here 3 times: beautiful and comfortable, recently remodeled including kitchen. Very convenient location for just about everything on Maui. Lovely ocean view from outdoor deck with grill and dining table: have seen whales spouting often. The grounds offer several pools, large lawns, and easy access to a wonderful beach: perhaps best beach on Maui. Beautifully maintained. Helpful owners. Would highly recommend this condo to friends and family because everything is perfect.
