Just returned from a wonderful stay at this Great Bear condo! The condo is huge and beautiful, We cooked several big dinners while there and the kitchen was stocked better than mine at home! All of the beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the ski locker downstairs and the elevator that brings you right into the condo! The location is superb - I think best in the village. Talked to many people there at Northstar who have been to other resort areas around Tahoe and all say Northstar is by far the nicest! The owners were extremely nice to deal with - I would definitely rent from them again. This was the first time we rented through VRBO and it was a great experience!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The condo exceeded our expectations, spacious well kitted out with bonus items like high chair booster seat, infant carrier, baby items to include toys plates cups. The kitchen was a delight to cook in every gadget known to man, crock pot, blender, pots and pan galore, wine refrigerator and glasses. Great owners with quick responses. plenty of activities for all ages even my 93 year old mum enjoyed the balcony chaise. Geocaching, roller rink, golf, swimming we tried it all. After 2 weeks we were not ready to go home, the resort itself well maintained.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo is a 10+ and I would recommend it to anyone. It is luxurious, clean, convenient and overlooks all the action in the heart of the village - you will not be disappointed. We can't wait to come back!! Real Treat!!
