The Sayan boutique building is a private, serene oceanfront building located in the heart of North Miami Beach. Upon arrival our complimentary valet will be waiting to park your car in our secured parking facilities, underneath the building. Immediately stepping into the lobby area you will notice the Asian inspired décor, including a waterfall with seating area. Here your client relation executive will meet you with you to welcome you and your guests into your private accommodations.
Upon entering our fully-furnished and uniquely designed Upper PH your eyes instantly gaze upon the grand front entry hall. At the end of the hall the exquisite living room with flat screen, swivel TV greets you and your guests. Directly ahead you will see your own private rooftop terrace, overlooking Atlantic Ocean. To the left of the hallway is one of the 5 bedrooms with a full bath. A half bath is also located at the entry way for use when you are entertaining guests. To the immediate left of the living room is the library or office. Encompassed by books, a desk space, and a flat screen TV and seating area. You may find that working here is almost like a vacation in itself.
To the right an exquisite dining table to entertain family or friends during your stay, which comes with a magnificent ocean view. To the Right is the state of the art kitchen, this modern kitchen has Italian cabinetry, granite countertops, as well as Miele and Subzero Appliances. Through the kitchen are the laundry area equipped with washer and dryer and the maid’s quarters including a bedroom and private bathroom. This of course can double as a guest suite for a single guest.
Down the hall you will find three of the 5 bedroom suites, including the master suite. The first bedroom to your right holds two twin beds, flat screen TV and private bathroom. Further down the corridor to your left is the master suite, upon entering you will notice the impeccable attention to detail; Egyptian cotton bedding, flat screen TV, private dressing area, his and hers closets, and full bathroom including an infinity tub with specialty lighting. At the end you will find the Asian Inspired shower and his and her sinks, perfect for the most luxe of travelers.
The last guest suite has a king sized bed and private bathroom and can be found at the end of the hall. All bedrooms come equipped with satellite TV, flat screen TV, private bathrooms, and Egyptian cotton bedding. Also down this corridor is the garbage shoot, should you need to dispose of anything before and after the maid has gone through.
