Do you need a break from the frantic pace of life? Then come on down to the beautiful laid back area of Gulf Shores, Alabama! You and the kids can play in the waves, read a book, walk the surf, go catch crabs on the beach at night, or just sit in your beach chair, watch the kids build sand castles or watch the sea gulls soaring in the sky. There is nothing like walking the surf early in the morning to see the dolphins swim or early evening to watch the sunset over the ocean.
Come on down and enjoy our beautifully decorated 1st floor unit that has the breezy, open atmosphere and gorgeous beach views. You won’t have to wait on elevators to get to your unit. The unit is a spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom that easily sleeps 2-6 people with a king size bed in the private master bedroom, built in bunk beds in the hallway, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the den. Recent upgrades include microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, tile flooring, colorful fresh paint throughout, and all new linens. There is a library of paperback books for you to read, swap out, or add to for everyone’s enjoyment!
Our condo is very nicely furnished, sparkling clean and downright adorable! Everything you need for a wonderful family vacation - full size kitchen complete with all utensils, washer, dryer, linens, bath towels, TV, Stereo, DVD, and ironing board.
Downstairs you will find a large pool with a hot tub combined. If you need to take a break from the sun and enjoy a snack or drink you will have an open breezy veranda with tables and chairs and FREE WI-FI internet access!
Grand Beach is located on East Beach Blvd. with nothing obstructing your view of the beautiful white sandy beach and ocean. The newly built (July 2009) Gulf State Park Pier is across from our building and has plenty of opportunities to fish and site see from the pier.
Dining in Gulf shores? There are many excellent restaurants in Gulf Shores - our unit is conveniently located to most of them. Grand Beach is 0.8 miles east of Hwy 59 (the "T") and the “Hangout”. A short drive away is the “Wharf” for great shopping and eating, “Waterville” Water Park, “Riverwalk” shops, and the Gulf Shores Zoo. And finally the “Tanger Outlet Mall” is only 15 minutes away.

Listing was very accurate-looks just like the pictures. Property was very clean, well-maintained and very easy walking to beach or pier (traffic on street had frequent breaks to cross). Owner extremely helpful and prompt in answering questions. Beach in this area was less busy than in some of the other more populated areas. Short driving distance to several restaurants and shops.

The Condo was in excellent condition and was decorated very nicely. Everything was clean and well maintained. Being on the 1st floor was excellent...very easy to enter and exit. Gary was great to rent from and we had our deposit back to us in less than a week. It was the perfect place for my family to stay. Thanks Gary!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for! Affordable, clean, comfortable, and convenient! My husband enjoyed being so close to the the State Park Pier, and we were an easy drive to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores or Ft Morgan! We would defintely stay again (in fact have saved this as a favorite for furture reference!) and would recommend to anyone else staying in the area.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here during the weekend of The Hangout Music Festival. The location was perfect - right next to the State Park and just a short walk to the festival site and central area of Gulf Shores. The condo was as described and had everything we needed. It was comfortable for the two of us, but could have easily accomodated another couple or children. We really enjoyed the keyless entry, porch with beach view, and pool/hot tub. Very nice condo at the price of a hotel! Definitely an amazing deal, full kitchen, couch, etc. You do have to cross the street to get to the beach, but the traffic was light. I never had to wait more than 30 seconds to cross. I can see where someone might be concerned about that with small children. The pool was nice to have when it was windy out on the beach; the rules say no drinks but security was lax about it. It was open til 11pm which was nice for later hot-tub relaxation. The door has a code on it, which is great since you don't have to worry about forgetting/losing the key. The beach was EMPTY, I'm not sure whether it was because of the oil spill or what. There was virtually nothing on the beach - only a few small tar clods here and there...unless you go looking for it, you won't even notice. Perfect place for a cheap weekend vacation! Cheap without any compromises!

We just returned from a week's stay at Grand Beach. The condo is beautifully decorated. It is a very comfortable vacation spot. This is not the first time we have stayed there. The cleaning crew did an excellent job getting it ready for us to come. We will be back next year -- if not before. We highly recommend this property and owners.
