Do you need a break from the frantic pace of life? Then come on down to the beautiful laid back area of Gulf Shores, Alabama! You and the kids can play in the waves, read a book, walk the surf, go catch crabs on the beach at night, or just sit in your beach chair, watch the kids build sand castles or watch the sea gulls soaring in the sky. There is nothing like walking the surf early in the morning to see the dolphins swim or early evening to watch the sunset over the ocean.
Come on down and enjoy our beautifully decorated 1st floor unit that has the breezy, open atmosphere and gorgeous beach views. You won’t have to wait on elevators to get to your unit. The unit is a spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom that easily sleeps 2-6 people with a king size bed in the private master bedroom, built in bunk beds in the hallway, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the den. Recent upgrades include microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, tile flooring, colorful fresh paint throughout, and all new linens. There is a library of paperback books for you to read, swap out, or add to for everyone’s enjoyment!
Our condo is very nicely furnished, sparkling clean and downright adorable! Everything you need for a wonderful family vacation - full size kitchen complete with all utensils, washer, dryer, linens, bath towels, TV, Stereo, DVD, and ironing board.
Downstairs you will find a large pool with a hot tub combined. If you need to take a break from the sun and enjoy a snack or drink you will have an open breezy veranda with tables and chairs and FREE WI-FI internet access!
Grand Beach is located on East Beach Blvd. with nothing obstructing your view of the beautiful white sandy beach and ocean. The newly built (July 2009) Gulf State Park Pier is across from our building and has plenty of opportunities to fish and site see from the pier.
Dining in Gulf shores? There are many excellent restaurants in Gulf Shores - our unit is conveniently located to most of them. Grand Beach is 0.8 miles east of Hwy 59 (the 'T') and the “Hangout”. A short drive away is the “Wharf” for great shopping and eating, “Waterville” Water Park, “Riverwalk” shops, and the Gulf Shores Zoo. And finally the “Tanger Outlet Mall” is only 15 minutes away.

This is a really nice place in a great location and priced very reasonably. Nice pool and spa also. And, very safe and secure. We had a great time in Gulf Shores and this was a nice place to be for that. The beach and the Gulf waves were great.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Beach. The condo was perfect for us. Condo was very clean, neat, and well decorated!! The king size bed was very comfortable. We had no complaints at all!! Would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time in our condo. Gary was quick to respond to all concerns and was a pleasure to work with. The condo was clean and well appointed. I loved the recliner. Condo is on the first floor which makes for easy coming and going. Right across the street from the Gulf State Park which gives you a clear view to the water. This condo is a great value for the money. Very convenient to all services and restaurants.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The pictures and description of the property were all accurate. Gary, the owner, was very helpful while we were planning our vacation. He took care of our questions and helped us with our needs. We loved that everything was included in one price, there were no hidden fees. The room and the building were very clean along with the hot tub and pool. My family enjoyed the short walk to the fishing pier and the more quieter part of the beach. Fishing equipment could be rented at the pier and several types of fish were caught there. The beach was very clean and surrounding buildings were also very attractive. Grand Beach is across the street, but has a sand walkway to the beach. There are no buildings to block your view, just sand dunes from the state park. I enjoyed taking sunrise pictures on the beach by the pier, there were no buildings, just sand and the gulf. There are plenty of restaurants, novelty shops, and an outlet mall close by. I would recommend this place if you want a clean, quieter, affordable place to enjoy the Gulf Shores. We enjoyed everything so much we are planning a repeat trip this year! Thanks so much Gary.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I rented this condo because I wanted to fish on the pier.... and this is the closest condo t the pier. This is a very nice - well maintained unit... and I would recommend it to anyone. I loved the view and plan on staying there again. Very nice!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was an awesome condo! Very clean, everything and more that you could ask for. Great location, easy walk to the beach. The owner was extremely helpful & cooperative! He addressed every need we had. Touch keypad entry, no keys to keep up with! Shrimp Fest was going on and within easy walking distance and close to Gulf State Park. Highly recommend this condo and would stay again!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our family (family of 5) had a wonderful week at your condo. It was the perfect size for us. Everything we needed was there and it was very clean upon arrival. This is our second year at Gulf Shores and our first time at your condo. Being on the first floor was fantastic. We really enjoyed the pool, the beautiful beach, and my husband and son absolutely loved being so close to the fishing pier. Lambert's is a must if you are looking for a fantastic family oriented place for dinner. It was great having a Walmart so close for shopping for our meals. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. This is our first time going to the beach, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! It was just right for our small family, and very conveniently across the road from the beach, so the view was wonderful. The owner was easy to work with, and was even able to accommodate us by letting us stay a night early when we arrived earlier than planned. The bunk beds built into the hallway were so cute, my girls loved them!Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

2nd Year in a ROW! Came down again for our anniversary and to also celebrate our son's graduation from High School. It felt like coming home, and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves anymore. Condo was clean, comfortable, and had easy access to the beach... of course, my husband likes that it is close to the fishing pier. Would definitly stay again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
