Great Apartment!

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this clean, well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable apartment. The tram stops almost right in front of the apartment and takes you to the U-bahn to get into the downtown core in a matter of minutes. The owner was very helpful from the booking process to the check-in process. Another review had mentioned the exterior of the building so we knew what to expect...and they're right...don't let the exterior fool you. Even some hotels don't have nice exteriors. Anyways, it's a great neighborhood with a supermarket a couple blocks down (and lots of eateries and cafes in the area). The only complaint I had which lowered the score to good (vs. excellent) was that the shower curtain was missing (although it wasn't a big deal and I only mentioned this to the owner after I checked out and it turns out the cleaner had forgotten to replace it). Also the bed frame is not the same one as depicted in the picture, and there were red towels vs. white...otherwise everything is accurately represented. We would stay here again and would recommend it our friends!

Don't let the exterior of the building or the common areas put you off, the apartment is wonderful. Many residential buildings in Vienna are the same, the exteriors don't get much attention, but the apartments are great. This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed, especially the washing machine as we got to Vienna during the third week of our trip. Lots of storage space. Transportation is simple. You get on the Strassenbahn 50 metres to the left down Ottakringerstrasse, and you get off right at the corner, 10 metres from your front door.. Buy the weekly ticket and it costs 2 euros a day for all public transport. Best restaurant in the area that we ate at was the Bierfink (Beer Finch). Just walk down to the first street past the Ottakringer Brewery, turn left and it is one block down. Beautiful garden out back for dining under the trees and the staff were wonderful.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

A beautiful apartment, very functional and comfortable. Convenient for sight-seeing and the owner was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in Vienna. The owners were very helpful, they even provided a book of how to operate appliances and accessories in the apartment, where to eat, what to see- very helpful. We were a family of three, and there was plenty of room. The only complaint we had was it would have been nice for blinds in the windows to keep the light out.

Every single information given in property description is true. This is a nice, clean, two rooms (4-bed) apartment with small but cozy bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. It is suitable for families as well as for 3-4 friends wanting not very expensive but pleasant accommodation in Vienna. There is a large supermarket in the vicinity. For those who like it, a lot of restaurants with Balkan food are nearby. For going downtown you can either walk less than 10 min to the nearest U-bahn stop or catch a tram 50 m from the apartment. Owners are kind people willing to help and give information you ask for. What I didn't like was the building - it is rather old and not so attractive, but not dirty. It was also surprising to me that area map presenting the location gives totally wrong information so that you should Google the address and find the location by yourself.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Beautiful apartment with confortable rooms. Good for couples. Very gentle rentals. Just 8-15min to center by tram and near balads. Good choice!
