Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Country Club Shores
It was totally by accident that we found this part of Florida. We were actually driving down further south to look for a 2nd home, during a rain storm stopped here for the night, and could not believe what we stumbled on. Not only did we buy a second home, but we bought this home as well. The area has all of the perfect elements. From beautiful year round weather, friendly people, fabulous dining and shopping, golf, water sports and fishing, and amazing turquoise water and pristine beaches, this is truly a slice of heaven!!!!
The Unique Benefits of this House
We are so in love with Longboat Key that we have recently made this our primary residence. St. Armands Circle, with all the unique shops, and over the top restaurants, is so amazing! White sand beaches are perfect for walking, lounging, shelling, and just hanging out. We have kids, so the amusement parks are great for entertaining them. And my husband loves the golf and fishing here. All of our family and friends that have visited and stayed at this house have fallen in love with the house and the area. They would also say, how can you ever leave? Well, guess what, we now make Longboat home! It is addicting! Just visit and you will see. Gus & Sharon
